The meeting space was easily found, the private tour guide was knowledgeable, and the underground ruins near the trevi are fascinating. Although the company sent us a ticket to the pantheon that was later than expected, we were able to have a quick bite to eat and the use the tickets for the designated hour. Great tour and loved the individualized attention. Thank you!
Thank you for your winderful review
Donatella was an amazing tour guide. She had so much information about the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and the surrounding area. She had a lovely personality and was so fun to talk with. I cannot recommend this tour more!
Thank you for your wonderful review.
Simon’s was a wonderful guide. She made our experience enjoyable and educational. We toured the Trevi Fountain, took pictures from a store across the Via, and Simona made sure to take pictures of us in front of the fountain!
Our guide Donatello was very knowledgeable about Roman history with a relaxed and friendly personality. However even with our small group headsets would have been helpful in order to hear clearly while walking through the large crowds.
Excellent tour and wonderful learning opportunity as there was a guide just for the two of us. Only negative was our guide was 10 minutes late and the meeting place was confusing as there was no one there to meet us.
Wonderful experience! Our tour guide was full of knowledge! We would definitely recommend this tour and Donatella!!
Excellent tour and our guide, Simone was wonderful!! She was not only knowledgeable but very accommodating to our family as we were traveling with a 13 month old.
This was an interesting tour and the guide was great!! She added to what I would consider a somewhat lack luster tour otherwise!
Great guide. Very knowledgeable. Recommend every one do this. Lots of great history. Go do this. Yes.
Our tour guide explained the history of trevi how this water run around rome, the spanish step, too bad she was not able to bring us down to the fountain to toss a coin but is included in our tour. We have to go back to experience tossing and making a wish. It is a fun tour still
Thanks for your review.we really appreciate that you have brought your concerns in our notice which really metter for us . Unfortunately On your day of visit there was renovation work going on and that was an exceptional case and council is in full authority to make decisions to open or close fountain any time . Our tour mainly is for the underground of the fountain and coin throwing is complimentary if the fountain is open . Coin throwing is free for all the visitors at anytime when the fountain is open.we will try to be more attentive next time and hope to see you again when you will be in rome .best regards get italy tours !
