Nous contournons le "splash-and-dash" pour les vols traditionnels assis (parfois debout), 75 - 90 minutes dans trois caves de petite production de premier plan. Itinéraire : 5 à 7 heures de trajet avec des ramassages pratiques à Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Healdsburg et au-delà. The Perks : Abondance d'eau fournie. Itinéraire
Nous visiterons trois vignobles du comté de Sonoma. Nous allons passer 60-90 minutes à chaque cave. Vous ferez l'expérience de la beauté du comté de Sonoma alors que nous voyageons pour déguster certains des meilleurs vins que le comté de Sonoma a à offrir. Vous ferez l'expérience d'un vol de dégustation traditionnel à chaque cave (Pas seulement un splash et un tiret). Le vol traditionnel consistera en un vol organisé déterminé par chaque cave et il y aura 4 à 6 vins échantillonnés. Au deuxième arrêt, nous profiterons d'une boîte de charcuterie individuelle que nous créons pour vous. Veuillez nous informer si vous avez des restrictions alimentaires et nous ferons de notre mieux pour créer une charcuterie personnelle à votre goût. Nous aurons beaucoup d'eau pour vous garder hydraté. Après la troisième et dernière cave, nous vous ramènerons à votre lieu de ramassage. Les frais de dégustation facturés par les caves ne sont pas inclus dans le coût de cette visite. Chaque cave aura la possibilité de renoncer aux frais moyennant un minimum d'achats ou en adhérant à son club viticole.

The tour was wonderful and we enjoyed going to 3 smaller wineries which were each charming in different ways. I also love organization and I like that the tour guide sent an initial text with all the information and schedule for the day. But in addition to being well planned, I liked that when we found out our hotel offered free tastings at a few vineyards, the guide was flexible and shifted our end drop off point after our 3 stops with them to one of those vineyards for us to continue the fun day.

Your snack tip is a good one, and we also include a charcuterie lunch for each guest to help keep everyone fueled through the day. We do need to be mindful of our winery partners, though, as most don’t allow outside food so they can keep the focus on their wine experience.
Jason was a very personable host and good driver. We stopped at Ty Caton, where all the wine was delicious and Paul was a great storyteller. St. Anne’s had a nice charcuterie lunch and especially good Chardonnay. Last was Loxton Cellars, where the tasting was hosted by charming owner, Chris Loxton. Delicious Port.
