Great experience with amazing shows! Food was okay, service was okay, our driver was friendly in the beginning but a little grumpy towards the middle and end of the trip. Driver wasn't as pleasant when it came to activities - felt very rushed! Driver was not accommodating with little things ie: Hijab, comfortability inside the vehicle, making sure we enjoyed the activities, etc...

I booked this tour based on the description provided, expecting a private and more personalized experience. While our driver was kind and genuinely tried to assist us, he was not a guide. During the 1.5-hour drive to and from the destination, he offered almost no information, which was disappointing for a tour marketed as private. I specifically chose a private option to avoid crowds, yet every stop placed us among large groups of people. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. In hindsight, I could have saved the extra cost, as the experience did not feel private at all. The constant attempts by vendors to sell us various items at each stop were uncomfortable and took away from the experience. When we did decide to purchase something, the prices were unreasonable—almost €8 for a basic ice cream and €22 for a single glass of wine. I would expect those prices at a high-end venue, not at a desert camp with long buffet lines. Additionally, the tour description did not state that there was a premium buffet option. We had to sit for about 30 minutes watching other guests eat, waiting for the show to begin, and only afterwards could we access the buffet. This felt awkward and far from what I expected when booking a private tour. Overall, I am very disappointed. The experience did not match the description, did not feel private, and did not justify the cost.

I have been on the desert safari twice. This is my third and best safari ride. Shahab was excellent and professional. He's friendly and knowledgeable and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to to take the safari ride.

We recently enjoyed a private evening desert safari in Dubai with Dubai Desert Ride, and it was a fantastic experience for our multi-generational family, including our parents in their 60s. Our guide, Shahab, was excellent – friendly, professional, and ensured a smooth and comfortable journey to and from the desert. The quad biking and dune bashing were thrilling, and we appreciated that there was a comfortable designated area for our parents to relax while we participated. The evening's entertainment was great, with captivating shows that everyone enjoyed. While the food at the camp could have been improved, it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. We had a truly memorable time and would happily recommend this tour, especially for families traveling with seniors.

We book a Desert Safari with this comoany. Safari guide Mr Akhtar pick us with a Laxury Land Crusier.We enjoy a lot in the desert and later in the camp.Live shows is very excellent. Thanks Mr Akhtar for best service.
