Nous nous retrouverons dans la vieille ville d'Istanbul, devant la station de tramway Sirkeci/Orient Express Nous allons vous montrer quelques endroits cachés dans le vieil Istanbul. Nous allons essayer une cuisine de rue très locale et des délices turcs de haute qualité. Notre van privé viendra nous chercher, nous nous éloignerons de l'endroit touristique pour un toit incroyable.

Nous irons dans un restaurant familial qui a presque 140 ans et est principalement pour les locaux. Vous y découvrirez plus de 10 différents types de nourriture turque locale. (Entrées, mezes, kebabs) Le dîner sera suivi d'un dessert et nous ferons la clôture avec du café ou du thé turc. Il s'agit d'une visite pour traîner avec les habitants, découvrir la partie locale d'Istanbul et rencontrer un groupe de gens amusants! Our host, Zeynep was lovely and knowledgeable about everything local and gave us a true authentic taste of Istanbul culture and cuisine. She catered for all our needs including making sure we got dropped back to safe areas close to our hotels. She was very kind and sweet host and our experience was nothing but amazing because of her. She really made us feel like we can lean on her as our friend in Istanbul.

Sule was absolutely amazing! Born and raised in Istanbul, you can immediately tell how deeply she loves her city, its history, culture, food, and people. Her passion made the entire tour engaging and memorable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, charming, and full of energy. Her warm, outgoing personality made everyone feel welcome, and she was an absolute joy to spend the day with. The best endorsement came from the German group on our tour. they had toured with Sule the previous year and specifically requested her again when they returned to Istanbul. I think that speaks volumes about how much people appreciate her as a guide. As a thoughtful touch, Sule even gave each of us a tote bag featuring her own original artwork.
