Itinéraire
Le Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, densément boisé, est un chemin solitaire. Le trajet jusqu'à la montagne vous récompensera certainement avec des paysages époustouflants des Smoky Mountains. En route, vous ferez des arrêts pour profiter des vues spectaculaires. Vous apprendrez tout sur les bois qui composent les Smoky Mountains - chênes châtaigniers, chênes blancs, magnolias, érables et tulipiers. Après avoir atteint le sommet, vous commencerez votre chute. C'était la frontière américaine dans les années 1830 et 1840. Les cabanes en rondins et les plantes restent de près de 200 ans d'histoire !

David was our tour guide, and he was absolutely amazing! He provided so much knowledge during our tour of the area, and best places to check out that people don’t know about. He was funny and kind and the whole group loved him. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Definitely will be back again for another tour with him.

Randy was a wonderful guide. Had so much knowledge. He was also very kind and helpful with one of our travelers with limited mobility. It was a nice break for my husband to be able to enjoy the view instead of driving. I highly recommend.

We were so excited for this tour. Our guide Randy was knowledge about the area and kept us entertained with stories and tidbits of info throughout. You only get to see a small part of the smokies hence the 4 stars. But the parts you see are cool and he was nice enough to take photos for people too.

The tour was disappointing. The drive could have been done in any car so didn’t give the jeep experience. Worse the speaker they tried to use didn’t work so 2 out of the 3 families on the tour couldn’t hear the guides. We also didn’t stop at the overlooks due to lack of parking even so the guides could have better positioned the vehicle for views and pictures.

Disappointed. We couldn’t hear the guide on his mic. When we asked him to turn it up he did and told us he maxed it out. We still couldn’t hear. He never asked again. We heard nothing on the entire trip.
