Instructions de ramassage : Nous récupérons les passagers à l'extérieur de l'aérogare - par l'entrée DEPARTURES / PARTENZE (écrit en bleu sur l'aérogare - voir 2ème photo). Les passagers sont déposés devant l'hôtel, l'appartement, l'auberge ou la gare routière. Le nom du passager principal sera visible sur la fenêtre avant du fourgon. Le véhicule est un tout nouveau Ford Transit Custom (van) de couleur blanche avec des plaques d'immatriculation slovènes. Il est recommandé de téléphoner / appeler un chauffeur à l'arrivée sur le terminal (également possible via Whatsapp)

From start to finish, all communications with Grega were spot on. Our transfer vehicles were waiting for us as directed at Trieste airport. We were traveling to the town of Trieste, Italy (approx. 25 min. away) for an 11-day cruise with a party of 12. The vehicles were clean; the drivers were very courteous and assisted us with our 4 elderly travelers, along with lots of luggage for a 10 N cruise. Highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very first contact, the van service team was incredibly attentive and professional. In a region where it was hard to get a response from other providers, they stood out not only for their quick and reliable communication, but also for their genuine concern with our comfort and safety. They were punctual, courteous, and welcoming throughout the entire ride from Trieste Airport to our hotel. A major highlight was that Grega and one of the team members spoke Portuguese, which made communication much easier and helped us feel even more at ease. Highly recommend their service, trustworthy, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely book with them again!

We highly, highly recommend Grega from SKV tours. He was in contact with us a couple of days before our scheduled pick up, so it was very easy to stay in contact with him when our flights became delayed. Our first flight from Munich to Frankfurt was canceled, so we did not make our connection to Trieste. We finally made it to Trieste nearly 8 hours after we were originally scheduled. Even with such a long delay, Grega was there at the airport waiting for us. He was extremely pleasant and assured us that it was fine that the flight was so late. We would definitely book with this company and especially with Grega again.

We traveled from the US to Trieste via Lufthansa and United. It was the trip from hell. United couldn't get rhe airplane engines to start on the first leg. So, we missed our connection and got stranded in Denver overnight. This caused us to miss our tour of Venice I'd been looking forward to for years. To make matters worse, the airlines list our luggage, so we arrived for our cruise with none of the wonderful clothes we had bought specially for the cruise. And, no makeup, toiletries, etc. So, we arrive in Trieste after days of painful travel and there was GREGAB waiting for us with sympathy and his helpful attitude and ideas. He couldn't do enough for us. He volunteered to work with the airport to get our bags delivered if possible just before the ship sails, which will be impossible because United left our bags in Denver and there is not time. He was a ray of light, giving us hope to go on.

We have 4 large luggages and 4 carry on plus handbags and backpacks. Driver wants us to walk about 3 blocks crossing a busy street with traffic lights because the address is a one way street which doesn't make sense. He dropped us off a little closer but still it was difficult for us to dragged all our belongings. I texted the owner of the Air BNB. Owner stated that it is possible that we can be drop off infront of the apartment. Grega Škvarč was in a hurry that he did not consider our difficulties. We found our that there is a place to park right infront of the apartment. We are really very disappointed. We paid for transfer to get a better service. Not to be drop off anywhere he wants. Grega has no excuse of his actions. It only took 5 minutes to unload the luggage But Grega Škvarč did not take the time to find out if there is a place to park infront to unload. I've never seen this kind of service.. Transfer should be door to door, not just anywhere he wants to drop us off. He appeared in a hurry I guess he has another date.
Dear Mrs. Maria, Thank you for the review. Now to the technicals: - it was not 3 blocks, only 2 short ones 50-100 meters if we are exact (on the first attempt), - I dropped you 30m ! (literally) before your adress on the second attempt to get closer, - I did another round to make it closer before that - I went passed the actual adress after dropping you, because it's one way traffic to get home. And the cars were parked paralell infront of your adress (same as I predicted), no space at all. No idea where you saw an empty space for 8m long van ... - you said correctly 2 lanes, one-way traffic road (which in reality is only 1,5 because of Italian way of parking at the sides). No space to stop at the sides (because parallel parking mentioned above), should I stop in the middle of the road to block the traffic ?? - you said only (??!) 5 minutes to unload to luggage ... ok now imagine how this would look to block the entire road for 5 minutes ?? - dropping anywhere I want? are you serious? We discussed 3x in the van, I explained the situation way ahead, you agreed. - it was door to door service, but if door is blocked, than 30 meters away on downhill shouldn't be to hard to do it. - I was not in a hurry, neither coming from another or going to another ride. I did my best in the given circumstances :) If 30 meters is too much, than I don't know really ... - and yes I did checked your adress way before your actual day of arrival and I warned you 3x in a van about it. There were no objections ... also not when we said goodbye. You said it's OK - what exactly doesn't make sense ? one-way traffic road? - if you see our reviews, you will see that you are the first one complaining or stating something like that in many years of operations, only 5* reviews best regards

Our experience with S.K.V. is great! Our driver Grega contacted us via WhatsApp the day before and gave very clear meeting instructions. He speaks very good English so communication was very easy. We were missing one of our suitcases so we had to spend extra time at the airport to deal with it. Thankfully Grega and the other passengers were very patient with it. High recommended!
