We had a fantastic time on the Small-Group Food and Cultural Tour in Corfu with Alkistis Georgiou. She was an excellent guide, warm, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about Corfu and its food. The tour was a great way to experience a side of Corfu that you could easily miss as a visitor. We tried some delicious local food, learned about the history and traditions of the island, and explored some lovely spots around Corfu Old Town. Alkistis made the whole experience relaxed, interesting and really enjoyable. We’d highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience authentic Corfu beyond the usual tourist sights. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Corfu!

Highly recommend!!!! Fantastic tour, guide Alice was engaging, animated, very knowledgeable. She remembered the names of every group member right away and took time to get everyone involved and interested regardless of their background, age or food preference. It is a 95% food tour, as opposed to a cultural tour, but the little nuggets of cultural information that we got were interesting and she was very knowledgeable. Food was varied and delicious. Would highly recommend.

Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area, food and Corfu. English was perfect. We have taken a lot of food tours in different places -- take note -- this was a lot of food compared to other food tours including a sit down dinner at the end. Would not recommend if you are not interested in trying new food (I know it seems obvious but a couple of people in our group would not try anything new to them)

Wow! First time visiting Corfu and we were blown away. Food, culture, the people, all are so pleasant and amazing as we learned about Corfu’s long history of many nations occupying and influencing her over the centuries. Our guide, Electra, really knows her history, having lived in Corfu for many years. And her time in New York , USA, made her English so easy to follow and understand. We toured and ate traditional and classic foods of Corfu. From cheese filled phyllo dough, spanakopitas that were so fresh, chocolate halva, sweet bread with honey, a local olive oil tasting with fresh jams, and an authentic Greek pasta and chicken meal. Of all our many food tours in many countries, this was by far the best and most filling. We had a wonderful time and we look forward to vacationing in Corfu in the future.

Electra was enthusiastic and friendly, knew a wealth of information and good contacts at the local tavernas and shops. It was good to do this on our first day although we were hungry and tired! Plenty of local food available too.

Our guide, Alice, was charming and professional. She was dedicated ensuring all of the attendees were present. She then regaled us with history, culture, and food information tying all three together to form an understanding of Greece. Her delivery was engaging and memorable. She kept us moving along to the most wonderful locations, enchanting us along the way as we wove through the confusing byways of the old town. Every stop was fascinating and delicious. The highlight of our two week trip!
