I booked this on agoda. The option I chose was with 4 tickets, including flower dome, cloud forest, OCBC walkway and floral fantasy. However, I did not receive my ticket for floral fantasy at all. Contacted Agoda, keep on saying under investigation.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we did send all the tickets included in your booking, including the OCBC Skywalk ticket. The tickets were sent to the WhatsApp number provided in your booking, and they were also uploaded to your Agoda booking for your reference.
We booked through Tripadvisor however it was an independent operator named YTS Holidays Co. Ltd via viator. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Book directly with the cloud forest/flower dome ticket office. We where sent tickets that where not valid and we wasted over 90 minutes trying to get valid tickets sent to us. The number provided for YTS was not in use so we had to call trip advisor in the US, god knows how much that 45 minutes cost me! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

These tickets were valid and successfully generated through the authorized ticketing system. I may be repeating these comments. The hour was excellent and the displays were beautiful just as advertised. Be prepared for walking.

The spaces are so gigantic no matter the time, even though that day on May 31, 2026, was hot!

We booked online a couple of days prior. Upon arrival we were told that the dome was closed for maintenance. We are really disappointed as there was no mention of this when booking and no refund offered in person or online. We never got to see the exhibit at all.

That’s not the experience we want for any guest. For closures and refunds on Gardens by the Bay E-Tickets, we follow the venue’s policy. Scheduled maintenance dates are set by Gardens by the Bay and should be communicated at the time of booking. Clearly that didn’t happen here, and we apologize for the inconvenience and lack of clarity.
Was nice but crowded and not that large inside, ok for a rainy day
