Sienne: visite des vins et expérience de dégustation
Description
Dans les collines de la magnifique campagne toscane, à seulement 2 km du centre médiéval de Sienne, cette visite éducative sur le vin et la dégustation «Vigne, vin et vie» est une visite de trois heures dans un vignoble biologique. Découvrez les différentes étapes de la fabrication du vin au fil des saisons et profitez de dégustations et d'un déjeuner léger.

De manière très simple, directement dans les vignes, nous parlerons du cycle agronomique de nos raisins biologiques à l'aide de la génétique, de la physiologie, de l'écologie, de la taille, de la manipulation du sol et de la récolte.
Dans la cave, nous allons prendre en considération les concepts de base pour une vinification de qualité, en analysant les détails chimiques, physiques et microbiologiques de nos vins, à toutes les étapes principales du processus, du raisin au vin: écrasement, fermentation alcoolique, macération , fermentation malolatique, soutirage, stabilisation, embouteillage et raffinement.
Dans notre salle de dégustation équipée, nous dégusterons 4 de nos vins biologiques, tous typiques de la région, afin de comprendre toutes les notes sensorielles à l'aide de nos yeux, de notre nez et de notre palais. Un triomphe de perceptions pour exalter ce que nous aimons le plus dans le vin: le monde complexe des émotions.
La dégustation se terminera par un «déjeuner léger» associant vin et mets. Nous proposerons des menus de saison afin de satisfaire le palais et de conserver un corps en bonne santé, en combinant la nourriture avec l'un de nos vins et avec notre huile d'olive extra vierge biologique.

This was a great experience. Lorenzo was awesome! The winery is so beautiful. The tour was on point and not too long. The wines were excellent. The food was unbelievable! Only problem was getting a taxi to the winery (a must even if mapping apps make it look walkable). If you rented a car, that would work also. We had a hard time getting a cab from Siena. I think the winery would get a taxi for you if you called that morning. They arranged a taxi for us upon leaving that showed up super quickly. Thank you so much!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Lorenzo was an outstanding guide—enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and entertaining from start to finish. The winery tour was informative without feeling rushed, the wines were excellent, and the food was delicious. To top it off, Lorenzo even helped us arrange a taxi back to Siena at the end of the tour. One tip: don’t try to walk to the winery. It looks possible on mapping apps, but it’s much farther and more difficult than it appears. You’ll definitely want to take a taxi. Since taxis can be hard to find in Siena, I recommend messaging the winery in advance to see if they can arrange one for you. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Exactly what we were looking for - close to Siena but located in beautiful countryside and organic. High quality greeting area and facilities, fantastic welcome, the guide was knowledgeable, approachable and humorous. The tasting itself was exceptional, excellent range of wine and the lunch far excelled expectations. I would highly recommend this experience.

Our wine tour in Siena was an absolute highlight of our trip. Lorenzo was an exceptional guide: knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about winemaking, bringing every part of the experience to life with detailed explanations and fascinating insights. The estate itself was stunning, and it was incredible to see the vineyards and production facilities while learning so much about the entire winemaking process. The wines were of outstanding quality, with each tasting showcasing the character and craftsmanship of the region. The lunch was equally fantastic, perfectly paired with excellent wines that elevated every course. I would recommend this experience 150% to anyone visiting Tuscany!
I had an amazing experience with my fiancé here. I have done serval wine tours in the region but this was the best. A small family run winery with amazing views over the country side, very informative and engaging tour. The food was beautiful and paired with the wine was exceptional. I would 100% be back and would recommend it to family and friends. We stayed after our tour and had a few glasses of wine in the courtyard to relax in the afternoon.
Cristian was a fantastic host/guide! He was very knowledgeable about the wine growing, harvesting, and distillation processes. There was a great assortment of wines, perfectly paired with food & dessert. He and the staff also helped with getting taxis back to Siena train station, which was very kind and helpful. It was a great way to spend the day in Siena, have great food, and learn about wine.
