Sienne et San Gimignano, la gloire de l'époque médiévale en Toscane

Lorenzo was a phenomenal guide to the area as we drove through the Tuscan countryside on our way to Siena. The tour guide in Siena helped place the history and culture of the city in clear context. Lorenzo then a delicious lunch, explaining the local cuisine and helping us make menu choices. Continuing to San Gimignano, Lorenz helped us navigate our way through the town and set a place to meet up before returning to Florence. Lorenzo was very helpful in making adjustments to the day, accommodating our wishes and assisting with my mother-in-law’s wheelchair needs. Lorenzo provided us an incredible, memorable day. The tour company was also helpful in making a change to our plans when my MIL was able to join us on our vacation at the last minute. Communication with the office by email and Lorenzo by WhatsApp was both easy and helpful. I encourage you to spend a delightful day on this spectacular tour through Tuscany.

We had a magical day in Tuscany arranged by Tours in Tuscany. Benjamin, our driver, picked us up as scheduled and drove us to Siena and San Gimignano. They arranged a wonderful lunch at a local winery. Claudia, our local guide in Siena was so sweet and knowledgeable. She was such a pleasure. Benjamin was such a good guy with a fantastic personality. He really went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience, and we certainly did! It was like we made a new friend! They made Tuscany feel just like the movies. Highly recommend this tour group.

We had a wonderful day with Francesco as our private driver: very fun, knowledgeable of Italy and a safe driver. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and had a great lunch in Sienna, which Francesco booked for us!

The drivers were outstanding and knowledgeable. We had a great time. They showed us the beautiful countryside, gave us beneficial information. They were on time everyday. We did 4 tours and they were all great.

I would 100% recommend this company. I asked them to plan 4 days of excursions for our small group. Every tour was exactly as promised. They over delivered every day. The van drivers and tour guides were knowledgeable, professional and most importantly fun. You never know what you will get when you hire a company based on strangers reviews, but I could not have asked for anything more. This was a trip to remember.

We went as a family with 3 young boys who were all throughly entertained! Our driver was most patient and engaged very well with the kids. We got some great facts and stories about the stunning towns we visited and felt personal. The winery visit to Il Colombaio was perfect pitstop with great hospitality, wine and food. Benjamin (driver) kept us to time to maximise our experience but never rushed us! It was good value for money and I would highly recommend as it took the stress out of a busy day trip! Kids say Benjamin was very funny and made our trip even better!

The trip to San Gimignano and two wineries in Tuscany with Marco was simply amazing. The communication before the tour was impressive and Marco, driver and guide, could not have more accommodating and helpful. 100% recommend this company. A real treat and value.

This tour was our favorite overall day in Italy. The tour company helped to tailor the perfect day for us - they arranged a guide for us in Sienna, a beautiful lunch at a winery overlooking San Gimignano, and the driver was safe and knowledgeable. We will most certainly reach out to this company again when we get back to Tuscany.

So awesome to work with this company, start to finish. We customized our tour so that we could be dropped off at our accommodations in the San Gimignano area. Email coordination with Ilaria was stellar, with prompt responses at every turn. Our driver, Francesco was great, his English was very good and he also recommended a lovely restaurant in Siena for lunch. The tour guide Anja, that they arranged for us in Siena, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was very refreshing to work with such a reliable company.

Can’t say how amazing our day with Marco was today! I had another Tuscan tour booked with a different company and they cancelled on me less than 24 hours before our tour was supposed to start. I called around different companies and Marco was the first one to be able to accommodate! We totally lucked out with Marco and it was a blessing in disguise that our other tour got cancelled. Marco was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the history of Florence, kept it real, and was a lot of fun to be a around. He was 6 accommodating as we found time to have him drop us off at the outlets since we finished our tour early. Can’t wait to come back to Florence and see Marco again!
