Découvrez la vie nocturne de Siem Reap à l'arrière d'une Vespa vintage lors d'une visite nocturne de 4,5 heures. Goûtez à la cuisine de rue cambodgienne authentique tout en profitant de la balade. La scène de la cuisine de rue à Siem Reap imprègne tous les endroits et ruelles locales. La ville compte tellement de points de restauration de rue qu'elle ressemble parfois à un gigantesque restaurant en plein air. Votre guide vous présentera une variété d'aliments de rue cachés à travers cinq endroits différents à Siem Reap, au cours desquels vous aurez également un avant-goût de ce que c'est que d'être sur une Vespa en apprenant la nourriture et la culture locales de Siem Reap.

Notre visite gastronomique en soirée commence par une prise en charge à votre hôtel. Le premier est la maison de Lort Cha où vous pouvez tester les NOUILLES DE RIZ SAUTÉES DU CAMBODGE avec de délicieuses techniques de sauté et des étapes simples que vous pouvez apprendre. Des photos étape par étape et une vidéo de recette sont autorisées.
Deuxième arrêt, vous visiterez Made in Cambodia Market, le marché vendant des objets artisanaux, des bijoux et des foulards en soie fabriqués localement.
Le prochain arrêt est le restaurant local où vous dégusterez des fruits, des nems, du tofu et des escargots barbecue. Ensuite, vous continuerez vers le Phum Num Banh Chok où vous pourrez tester l'authentique nouille cambodgienne avec poulet au curry, soupe de poisson jaune et rouge.
Ensuite, nous irons au marché nocturne local, où vous pourrez essayer des insectes et un fantastique poulet grillé, tout en dégustant une boisson fraîche assis sur un matelas le long du marché de rue. Une note ici, votre guide fait très attention à ce que tout ce que vous mangez soit propre et bien cuit.
Au dernier arrêt, vous visiterez le Long's Bar, où vous pourrez boire quelques bières pression dans une atmosphère relaxante et interroger votre guide avec un arrêt avant de retourner à votre hôtel.

Ravi was our amazing tour guide who was very prompt picking us up and he was so knowledgeable. We were taken to a number of food stops to try beautiful Cambodian food. All along the way Ravi passed on his vast local knowledge to us. We really loved the tour and would highly recommend it. Ravi was awesome.

We had a great time with our tour guide Ravy and our driver Sambah. Ravy was very informative and friendly, he gave us some background information about his childhood experiences and of the Khmer culture. He even taught us how to say some basic Khmer phrases like hello, good bye and thank you. He was very considerate in making sure I had 100% vegetarian food.

We got picked up from our hotel by Ravy and his driver via tuktuk. Ravy's english was excellent and he explained the nights itinerary. We were then taken on a delicious cultural foodie extravaganza around Siem Reap. Sampling traditional dishes and deserts, although I didn't fancy the fried insects. Finishing in a traditional wooden house bar for a free beer on the travel company's dime. Ravy and the driver were wonderful company with Ravy telling us about his life and culture. He's was very interesting company and we would do it again with him next year if we came back. Maybe he could teach us some more Kampachean 😀

Davy and his team were fantastic. We had four food stops that were all amazing. There were two shopping stops as well where we bought several really nice gifts to bring back. We capped the evening with a beer at a local place.

Fun tuk tuk food tour! Sounded like others cancelled their reservations day before, so I was the only one on tour. Bopha is a passionate foodie and very cheery. It was cool to see her interacting with a multitude of people we encountered on our route. Whether friends, restaurant staff, or other tour guides, everyone seemed to hold her in high regard. Crickets and Grasshoppers were actually pretty good to eat. Thankful to Bopha for encouraging me to try and eating them with me.
