- La place Tian’anmen est une attraction gratuite. La saisie des contrôles de sécurité peut prendre 1 à 3 heures les jours de forte affluence. Si les contrôles de sécurité sont extrêmement stricts et causent des retards importants, nous sauterons la place – aucun remboursement ne s’applique car il s’agit d’un site gratuit.

- Si vous choisissez le voyage de retour à Xingang, le chauffeur vous ramènera à Xingang après le dernier jour. Le service du Guide touristique se termine à Pékin.

A wonderful overview of Bejing and Great Wall in two days. Our guide, Lucy and her driver picked us up at our Oceana cruise in Tianjin at 9AM and we traveled to the Great Wall and the Summer Palace on the first day. We stayed the night at a hotel of our choice and Lucy recommended the shopping plaza nearby for our evening, which was such an awesome experience. Lucy and the driver picked us up the next morning at 8:00 AM and we visited the beautiful Temple of Heaven and the Forbidden City. So very impressive. We returned between 3 o’clock to 3:30pm. She made sure we returned in time before our cruise disembarked. It has been the highlight of our cruise around Asia. Lucy‘s English is very good and easy to follow. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and made sure we saw all the highlights of Beijing and the Great Wall. The lunches were included in the tour and were absolutely delicious. Thank you, Lucy.😁
Lucy was a terrific guide. She explained everything very well. Very knowledgeable about the places we went to see. There are a lot of government check points along the way and especially in Beijing at the sites. , Because we had a private guide, getting through these check points was a breeze. She even helped push my wife in a walker and assisted her to climb stairs. If there was a way to rate Lucy a 5 +, I would certainly do so. Our driver and Lucy communicated very well to make sure he was at the right place for drop off and pick up. Thanks Lucy for making our two day Shore Excursion in Beijing a very memorable experience. Li Jimmy and his driver were efficient, amiable, and made sure we got to see everything., Jimmy arranged it so that despite some mobility issues, we could go to the wall, see the ForbiddenCity, and all the other highlights. He was knowledgeable, and made our trip truly unforgettable. He and his driver were wonderful, and we were thankful we were lucky to have them!
We were picked on schedule by Jimmy our guide, and were taken straight to the Great Wall. Jimmy organised all the tickets and gave us running commentry all the way. He was able to answer all of our questions (and there were plenty) about our visit. Day 1 was long due to the fact that everyone went to the Great Wall as the attractions in Beijing were closed. Lunch was at a local restaurant where Jimmy & our driver joined us. It was an excellent arrangement as we were able to chat and ask more questions. We visited other places of interest before we were dropped off at our hotel (The New Otani) for our overnight stay. Day 2 we thought day 1 was long, but it was not as packed as day 2. Jimmy and the driver had planned the route well and took us to places that were not on the schedule of the cryise line. This meant that it was not overcrowded with the normal throng od cruise tours. The places were both interesting and beautiful. We visited Tianaman Square and saw the thousands queueing to see Chairman Mao's body. We visited the forbidden city and learnt a lot about Chimese dynasties. WE also visited the Temple of Heaven and a number of other temples some dedicated to Buddah and others to Confucius. That took us until about 14:00 when we stopped for lunch at another local restaurant away from the tourists. After lunch we had the 2.5 hour drive back to the ship. The only downside to the whole trip was the Chinese security at the port. The confiscated my wife's hairspray and my body spray, supposidly because it was dangerous. All in all, Jimmy and the driver gave us an excellent guided tour of Beijing and the Great Wall and I would thoroughly reccomend it to everyone. Our tour guide Jimmy and driver Kai were waiting for us on time when we arrived at the port. Jimmy was holding a sign with our names on it for us to see as we exited the customs area. The car was very clean and comfortable. From the port we drove close to 3 hours to the Mutianyu section of the amazing Great Wall and toured it for about an hour. Afterwards we stopped for a wonderful Chinese lunch. Jimmy asked us what we preferred or if there was anything we didn't eat and then called ahead to the restaurant. The lunch was very good. After lunch we toured the beautiful Summer Palace grounds and then were dropped off to the hotel we booked in advance on our own in downtown Beijing. On our second day Jimmy was waiting for us in the lobby on time at 7:30am. We toured Tiananmen square first and then the incredible Forbidden City and The Temple of Heaven. We stopped for another tasty Chinese lunch before heading back on the 2 hour drive to the port. Our driver Kai got us back in plenty of time for the all aboard time and was a very good, courteous driver. Our tour guide Jimmy was wonderful. He spoke good English and was very friendly & knowledgeable. We were very pleased that we booked this tour. The cruise ship was offering a tour almost identical but it wasn't private and didn't include the Summer Palace. We were also able to save several hundred dollars by doing it on our own and picking/paying for our own 4 star hotel. We highly recommend using this service and ask for Jimmy as your tour guide. You won't be disappointed.
The service and trip was one of best experience we had. The translator was very knowledgebal and gave amazing attentive tour. Driver was excellent also. The lunch they provided during the two day trip was also memorable. I would recommend this translator and driver to anyone who needs great time and receive tremendous knowledge about the country
