Its always a brilliant idea to get a guide/translator when visiting a country that doesn't speak English in general. Our experience with Haigen was awesome. We keep going on with initial plans,switched it due to other contingency. The highlight for us was dressing in traditional Chinese attire. He was with us all through. From the museum of arts,city museum,lotus park,cocco Park shopping mall,clothing market and the pick up/drop off from our hotel was top notch. I will recommend Haigen for all your tourist/visitor needs when you are in Shenzhen even on a tight schedule like ours. He made it remarkable.
