The pickup point was very easy to find and communication with the driver via texting led us directly to his location. The ride itself was quick arriving to our destination without any delays.

Great service, good drivers, easy to make reservations, right on time! Will use again. & passengers. We did have to bring a booster seat.
This was the first time I used Karmel Shuttle service from the John Wayne airport to my hotel in Anaheim. A little confusion at first trying to find the van, which wasn't a van at all, but an oversized SUV, which was nice and clean. The driver advised that all the Karmel shuttle vans were busy and he was doing them a favor by picking up some of their customers. I got to my hotel the Hilton quickly and there were no issues. The only thing I was thrilled on was that you had to call Karmel dispatch on your arrival at the airport for them to tell you where your ride was located. I don't always have time to be yapping on a cell phone.
As soon as we all had our bags I called and got directions on where to meet. By the time we arrived at the designated place, the van pulled up. We were loaded and on our way in less than 5 min. Nice driver, very pleasant.
