Excellent tour. Knowledgeable guide and experienced stuff for the very first time. If i were to offer a pointer, it would be to include a trip to the 'top' and the very top, of the Shanghai tower. Otherwise, all great.
Our guide, Joyce, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Aside from introducing the advancements in the car tech, she also brought us to ride the driverless car and interact with robots. Thanks Joyce!

Well first off the guide is great and did her best but had little to work with…. I would estimate that 50% of this tour is traveling from one location to another… it was not a high tech anything. It was simply an tour guide taking us to a EV public showroom in Shanghi tower, then walking and waiting for a train (30 min) then waiting for the driverless car for (30 min) then going another (30 minutes) to see a dancing robot…. We actually skipped the robot since it’s not even worth the 1 hour) travel time.
Thanks for your feedback — we understand everyone has different expectations for pacing. The route and estimated travel times were outlined in the tour description, and part of the experience is also enjoying the city along the way, not just the destinations. Our guide and support team did their best to keep the journey engaging throughout. The robot show is actually one of the highlights for many guests, so it’s a bit of a pity it was skipped before experiencing it. We truly appreciate your comments and will keep working to improve the balance between content and travel time.
