Cette visite du quartier juif en petit groupe avec tapas (max 10 personnes) est conçue pour les voyageurs qui veulent une expérience plus personnelle et authentique combinant histoire et gastronomie locale. Commencez par une visite à pied à travers l'ancien quartier juif, où vous explorerez des rues charmantes, des coins cachés et des places pittoresques tout en découvrant l'histoire, la culture et les traditions qui ont façonné ce quartier unique. Avec une taille de groupe limitée, l'expérience est plus détendue et interactive, ce qui permet d'avoir du temps pour les questions et un lien plus étroit avec votre Guide. Après la visite à pied, continuez vers un restaurant local soigneusement sélectionné dans le quartier, où vous dégusterez 3 tapas traditionnelles et des vins Espagnols dans un cadre authentique. La visite à pied dure environ 1,5 heure, tandis que l'expérience complète dure environ 3 heures. Cette visite se déroule en Anglais et nécessite un minimum de 2 participants.

De nombreux faits historiques ont transformé le quartier et cet arrêt sera axé sur les changements urbanistiques qui nous aideront à comprendre la ville du 21e siècle.
L'une des histoires médiévales les plus intrigantes de l'ancien quartier juif, la légende de Susona et la rue de la mort.
L'importance de la zone fortifiée autour du quartier juif et de l'Alcazar.
L'endroit abrite l'ancien cimetière juif médiéval, aujourd'hui conservé dans une structure très curieuse.
Cet endroit a été utilisé par les trois cultures de la Méditerranée comme lieu de culte.
Les maisons de ce quartier abritent l'un des secrets cachés du quartier juif médiéval, aujourd'hui conservé dans un hôtel très intéressant.
La place qui donne son nom à tout le quartier, origine de la première église de la zone qui a été transformée au cours des siècles.
L'heure du dîner ! Nous nous dirigerons vers un bar à tapas local où chaque client aura un repas entier composé de trois tapas avec deux boissons incluses aussi. Le repas se composera de 3 plats traditionnels andalous, combinant généralement des légumes avec des viandes et/ou des plats de poisson (salmorejo, croquetas, queue de bœuf, épinards aux pois chiches, pistole, joues de porc, aubergines, anchois, calamars, gaspacho, champignons). Le menu sera différent pour chaque séance combinant 3 plats typiques. *Si vous avez une allergie alimentaire et/ou une intolérance, veuillez en informer le restaurant au moment de la réservation.

A wonderful teacher, she clearly conveyed with sensitivity the complex history through welcoming and tragic times. Carmen really knows her stuff. She took us all over the Jewish quarter and showed us interesting places like the site of the former synagogue which is now a park, the Mikvah which actually is hidden under a restaurant now, and a casket from the ancient Jewish cemetery which is currently in a parking garage. She has a great personality and was able to address everyone’s questions no matter what their knowledge base was.
