There was no people waiting for us at the immigration hall entrance area, even though the DK Travel promised firmly. I called them twice, finally a lady came with bad mood. I strongly suggest to remove DK Travel from your local agency list!

That they should also use Viator if they want to get through customs very fast and when my luggage did not come right away the gentleman I was with went in back to get it. He also helped me with WiFi. I will definitely use again….. thank you
Very efficient in getting us through immigration Great host who tried to hurry up our bags Saw us safely to our included car with luggage and taken directly to our hotel The immigration queue was probably at least an hour so well worth the money

I was worried a bit that the airports would be super busy during the Tet season but it ended up being the time of the day where things were quite light. Regardless, I was escorted from outside the aircraft to the exit area literally within minutes. I would recommend this to anyone that anticipates busy immigration lines.
