Disappointed Unreliable Service Left 6 adults stranded NO SHOW service Cancelled a 2nd reservation and a 3rd excursion reservation that we paid based on unreliability on the part of the company’s tour operator. The Hotel Ercolini & Savi is where family members and I stayed during our time in Italy. It is a charming hotel and they have kept it traditional. The room though small was charming and thankfully the air conditioning worked well, average temperatures were 38 degrees before the humidity. The dining room served a delicious breakfast and the service was great. All of the staff are extremely friendly and caring. I need to give a mention of Catia who personally looked after some mail I needed to get out but I could find mail boxes she stepped up and looked after it herself. Also I need to mention Marco who worked the night shifts while we were there. He was very understanding when I was suffering from jetlag and went downstairs to the lobby. He opened the front door so I could go outside for a few minutes, have a cigarette and then head back to bed. This was 3 nights in a row and he was very gracious. There is a lovely patio on the side of the hotel and close to the bar. We met people from all over the world at this patio. The location of the hotel is in the center of town and walking distance to anything you might want. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay. Jane Vincent
