The journey was pleasant. Although the weather was cold, the car was warm. I arrived at the hotel comfortably, and there was Wi-Fi in the car.
They agreed to pick up the day before the flight. The vehicle arrived on time. We arrived at the airport in time.
The driver helped me with my luggage. I reached my hotel within an hour. It was a comfortable journey.
I want you to know that our driver dropped us off in town and NOT AT OUR HOTEL! I am almost 72 years old and had a very large piece of luggage, a carry one and a personal bag. My daughter had the same. We were pointed in a direction that ended up being over 1/2 kilometer on cobblestone, ice and snow. It was slippery and dangerous, plus we had no idea were our hotel was. This was inexcusable and the van could have reached the hotel. We were passed by 4 vans and multiple cars while dragging our luggage. Additionally, our luggage wheels were messed up from the deep and rutted old cobblestone!!
A polite staff was waiting for us at the exit gate. After waiting for the other passengers, we set off and reached our hotel in about one hr. Transportation was simple and easy.

They informed me of the pick-up time the day before my flight, and the driver picked me up from my hotel at the on time. When we arrived at the airport, I completed the check-in process and boarded my flight easily. I appreciated their timely arrangement.
Mr. Serkan welcomed us at the exit gate. He accompanied us to our vehicle and we reached our hotel in 1 hour. In general, I would recommend this service for a comfortable transportation.
