Service de transfert de l'aéroport d'Istanbul (IST)

Prior arrival in Istanbul we were sent a What’s App photo of which gate to exit to locate Transfer Force and a picture of where they would be. They did not have any uniforms to identify themselves as there is a lot of people who had booked taxis with other companies but found someone after around 10 minutes. We had about a 30min wait for our car which is the last thing you want after a London day but on a positive note we had a lovely immaculately clean, air conditioned Mercedes van to transfer us to hotel as we had only booked a standard car. The driver could speak very little English but did try and was very polite. On the day prior to our return I sent to What’s App messages and an email to try and establish a pick up time but never received a response. We asked our hotel reception to call them for us which they did and established a pick up time. The following day we got a what’s app informing us what time they were picking us up 10 mins before the pick up time which was not much help as we already knew and if we didnt know this could of been a problem. The return driver did not speak English but again another high spec Van to return in. Transfer Force need to inform customers the day before they leave of there pick up tie as this causes anxiety for people on holiday. Could have easily been a 5 star review if their communication was better.

The first time the transfer was booked, it was done by the agency and they waited 1:30 or more for us until we left immigration. The second time I booked on my own, they treated me badly and denied me the service and I lost $70 dollars of my reservation. because it took me the same amount of time to get through immigration and wait for suitcases in addition to walking a lot in the airport, which is huge. They wanted me to pay them $25 dollars more so I chose to take the yellow taxis that are leaving the airport which in the end cost much cheaper $30 dollars and get to my hotel. Terrible service, they treated me as if they didn't care about my reservation.

The driver came on time the car was nice and clean .the driver drove aafely and help is with package The service is very good

Great service, very professional. For the entry transfer, they contacted me the day before and gave me instructions to locate them in the apartment. At the departure point they picked us up punctually and in a very new and well-kept vehicle. Without a doubt, the best option for transfers in Istanbul.

Friendly staff, perfectly organised, and you get the support that you need. highly recommend using this team. definitely will use them again.

we used Transfer Force for all our transfers throughout Turkey and they were absolutely great. always on time and communicated with me at all times. the only snag was the driver who picked us up at Cappadocia to take to Kayseri Airport. His driving was terrible and he was speeding - we realized once at airport that he had another booking to pick up at airport and the people were waiting. the reason also why he pressured us to leave earlier than we planned. Transfer Force is efficient and reliable.

Dear Nebi, thank you so much for you to organize our shuttle to hotel and back. Reliable and and exact time schedule. Also an amazing city tour organization again (last was in 2018), our tourist guide Taner was a fantastic person. The whole day was amazing, lots of story behind, it was very usefull for the rest of the week to visit other places too. Absolutely recommended if you want a safe trip and amazing guided day in the historical beautiful city
