Un panneau avec le nom du client sera affiché sur une balustrade dans le hall des arrivées entre la porte #3 et la porte #4. Après avoir récupéré les bagages et passé la douane, les visiteurs entrants ayant réservé ce service de transfert sont priés de se rendre immédiatement à cet endroit. Ici, ils rencontreront leur représentant I Asia qui les accompagnera jusqu'au véhicule. (La présentation de la confirmation de réservation et d'une pièce d'identité avec photo est requise en échange de cette activité. Les chauffeurs attendent au maximum 1,5 heure après l'arrivée du vol.) Les représentants et les chauffeurs d'I Asia attendront à l'aéroport en fonction du numéro de vol et de la date indiqués dans la réservation. Des retards de vol se produisent occasionnellement, ils vérifient donc constamment tout retard ou changement d'heure, pour s'assurer que nos précieux clients sont accueillis aux endroits désignés en conséquence. Il est important de noter que si le numéro ou la date du vol est modifié, il est de la responsabilité du passager d'informer I Asia des nouveaux détails. (I Asia ne reçoit pas de manifestes de passagers de vol par aucune compagnie aérienne pour vérifier si une personne est à bord ou non.) Il convient en outre de noter que SI les passagers pensent qu'ils ne pourront pas sortir des douanes et se rendre au représentant d'I Asia dans les 1 1/2 heures après l'arrivée de leur vol, ils doivent téléphoner à I Asia OU s'assurer que le personnel de l'aéroport informera I Asia de avoir les représentants. et les chauffeurs attendent.

A very good service. The flight was delayed and then it took us a while to get our luggage. We were worried that the driver had left already. I highly recommend this service especially if you are new to the area and arriving in the middle of night.

Excellent transfers. Booed with viator. Guide was waiting for us where instructions were. We had new Camry which took us to our hotel. Prices excellent. We even called to book our return.

I booked 2 rides with this company. 1 to be picked up at Bangkok airport and taken to our hotel. 1 to be picked up the next morning from the same hotel to be taken back to the airport. Both rides had issues. For the pick up at the airport, they were difficult to find, not proactive in looking for us and were not stationed at the general meeting point. We had to search the length of the arrivals area and, when we found them, the representatives were impolite. They took 2 photos of my next day's flight itinerary, so knew the timing. The next day's ride to the airport was atrociously stressful. Driver met us at the hotel lobby and then disappeared for 30 minutes. When he finally showed back up, the car was a compact with a lot of dents. We could hardly fit our luggage, 2 suitcases and 2 small carry-ons. His driving was terribly tentative, riding the slow lane unnecessarily for long stretches. It took over an hour, after having waited an unexpected 30 minutes. We were close to missing our flight and he expected us to pose for a photo at the airport so that he could verify the arrival. Just terrible. Would not recommend.
Dear Lonelywanderer17 I am sorry to hear with your disappointment with our airport transfers. For the arrival our guides are stationed at arrivals door 10. The guide checked your documentation to re confirm your transfers the next day so she was making sure this was fine. We have 3 guides working 24 Hours a day. In fact we have 3 options for meeting again on all documentation. On departure the driver may have went to the car park to collect the car as we are not allowed to park on the street or in the lobby. We drive within the law and If he drove carefully next time you can ask him to drive faster or slower. I see that no complaints were made to the guide on arrival or with us after the departure so please do let us know and we can either upgrade your vehicle or refund accordingly. Regards Nick
As so many peaple don't know how to smoking in Bangkok airport is striclty prohibited here some tips how u can smoke 1# Go to the 4th floor of the airport 2#search for king power duty free stores #3 inside the store you will find fire exit 4# go inside fire exit door and u will find toilets behinds the door 5# go inside toilet and smoke and take some sprays with u
Dear Marieh190 I apologise if I am misunderstanding, but are you giving I Asia a 3Star rating because, in your opinion, the design of Bangkok International Airport is just so so? I Asia did not have anything to do with the building of the airport. We must assume that everything regarding I Asia’s Transfer TO the airport was to your liking as it did not necessitate you giving any “tips” to other travellers.
