I recently had the pleasure of using Viator airport shuttle service from the Incheon airport to the Seoul and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The shuttle was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment.The service was incredibly efficient, ensuring that I was promptly picked up and dropped off without any delays. What truly stood out to me, however, was the professionalism and politeness of driver Jin. He was courteous, friendly, and made the journey enjoyable with his pleasant demeanor. Overall, this shuttle service exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a reliable and pleasant way to travel from the airport to the city, this is the company to choose!
When I arrived at Incheon airport and waited in the arrival lobby, the driver did not show up, so I contacted Tripadvisor and asked the driver to contact me, but I couldn't get through. In addition, I had someone at the information counter at the airport call the driver, but he didn't answer. There are two arrivals at Incheon Airport, A and B, so I went back and forth between them looking for the driver, but an hour passed without finding it, and I called Tripadvisor to cancel. It was a very disappointing start to the trip, as I was not expecting to be contacted if someone else mentioned I was late.
We arrived from a red-eye, so super early in the morning (pre-5am). Driver was friendly and attentive.
The driver was not on time so were trying to find someone to help us call you but unfortunately English is difficult to ask for help
One hour late! I had to call him when he was not present. He was to be there at 400am. No one there. Waited but still no one so called at 415. Then said he over slept and would be there for 500am which he did keep. Ride was clean and comfortable.

Driver was efficient and kind. Was waiting for us right at the exit door. Had our Name on a poster. Easy and reliable. Immediately helped us with our luggage and directed us to his spacious, neat Hyundai Mini Van with comfortable seats. Dropped us off at the hotel approx 40 minute drive. Definitely recommend. Not complicated at all. Had communicated with us prior to pickup by text.

I’m so glad I found this company on Trip Advisor. The driver was friendly and on time. The company is so easy to work with and were able to accommodate our family’s trip. We had pick up and drop off at 2 separate terminals at ICN and 2 separate AirBnB locations (within walking distance). There were 7 of us total with 7 luggages, 3 carry ons. Very happy with their service.
