This was a great trip. Our driver Patrick was very friendly and gave us advice on which stops to make first. He was more than happy for us to make changes as we wanted. Highly recommend.

Glad I found LaRochelle Wine Tours. I worked with Johan to organize wine tour transport from Cape Town, a couple of days touring in and around Stellenbosch and returns to airport and cape town. I grew up near the wine regions of Napa and Sonoma in California and am familiar with wines, so for this short 3 day trip I didn't need a guide, though LaRochelle does offer those services. The transport service was just right. The driver was always on time, the vehicle clean and in good repair. Even though I didn't need a guide, Johan was very helpful during the planning phase to advise me in how much time I'd need to get from place to place, and which wine farms should be priorities from my list. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our driver was polite, informative, reliable and knew the area well - many wine farms have different entrances or driveways depending on your activities - he always got us to the right place. I highly recommend LaRochelle for winelands transportation and will be using them again for my next trip to Cape Town's wine regions.

Our driver was super professional- on time, safe, knew our itinerary in advance, and was totally flexible when we asked to stay longer at the last winery that we were absolutely loving.

Johan’s communication was very quick and thorough. Trip was exactly as described at great prices. Must do to work with Johan for an experience in the wine lands.

Our driver, Bev, was excellent. Even though we’d only booked a taxi for the day(we opted to book the vineyards ourselves), Bev gave us lots of tips and even took us to try a fantastic sweet wine from Haute Cabriere which wasn’t on our itinerary but we’re very glad we visited. You can tell she’s passionate about her job and really cares about her clients. The mini bus was clean and she was on time. A great day out and very much recommended! 😊

First of all, Andrew. Absolutely a star driver, conversationalist and human being. We were so pleased to have him with us for two days straight - such a pleasure to be with. He was always early, a real gem to speak with and he has some great stories. Really recommend!!! This tour was so useful if you wish to go to wineries off the beaten track and create your own itinerary. They were superb. Highly recommend visiting Uva Mira, Jordan (picnics are sensational), Meerlust, Kanonkop, Rust en Vrede and De Toren.

We did not want to participate in a guided group tour and had already a plan which vineyards to visit. So we booked an individual 6h tour in Stellenbosch. Francois was a perfect guide. Although we already knew where to go and we've just booked a driver he told us some interesting insights, always friendly with a lot of humour. Perfect solution for a tasting tour if you don't want to Drink&Drive!

The booking arrangements were handled through Johan who was always quick to respond to my various emails, and we were able to plan an itinerary in advance. Enjoyed excellent service and good conversation with Francois , highly recommended.
