Very quick, met us where they said they would and recognised us immediately from our photo. Got us through immigration in less than 5 minutes and saved us hours of waiting around after a long flight. So worth it!

Our flights were cancelled and rescheduled, which caused our visas to expire. Lyon came to see us at our hotel in Hanoi, took the time to chat with us, explained the whole process to us, and sorted us out. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. When we got to the airport, someone came to meet us and took us to the counter to sort our paperwork out. It took us about an hour, but everything was fine. Thank you for your help!

Seamless and stress free experience. SGN can be very busy and chaotic, Up Travel met me right as I entered immigration and escorted me through until I met with my driver outside. Would recommend to anyone and would book again next time.

The agent stayed in touch the whole time, sent clear instructions and photos of the meeting point, and made everything seamless from the start. While the description of this particular fast track does not say "Premium" I paid the premium price of $101 and was promptly told I would not be assisted with my luggage. It took the guy 2 minutes to walk me from immigration entry to the desk for $101! Very disappointing! We used the same service on 4/5 and got everything we were promised!
