Serengeti vu du ciel Chaque vol est un voyage différent dicté par la direction du vent, où les vues et les sons surgissent du sol pour vous rencontrer. Nous savons par où nous avons commencé mais nous ne savons pas par où nous retournerons sur Terre. Cela fait partie de l'aventure. Parfois, le panier frôlera doucement le bout de l’herbe, puis grimpera, grimpera à travers les couches d’air jusqu’à ce que vous soyez assez haut pour voir la courbe de l’horizon, peinte en or et rose par le soleil matinal. Nos pilotes ont non seulement des années d’expérience dans l’exploitation du vent africain, mais sont également des interprètes de la vie sauvage dans le flux et reflux du paysage ci-dessous. Environ une heure après votre lever dans le ciel, le panier retournera dans les plaines du Serengeti.

Your day will start before the sunrises but you will not worry about any of that within a few hours. The crew will pick you up at your lodge. You will experience a “night” game drive in those early morning hours. It will be amazing. Then you will arrive at the launch site. That in itself will be amazing and exciting as they ready the balloons for launch. The sun will rise and you will be in awe. Once you receive your briefing and load up it will be up, up and away. You will not believe your eyes taking in the landscape and wildlife from above. We could hear the trumpeting of the elephants below. Upon landing you will not believe it is over. No worries you will be toasting champagne in the bush. But the second game drive begins from this point to another rally point out in the bush the team set up for breakfast. The food will be fresh and delicious. The pilots will present your certificates and offer some merch for sale if you wish to indulge. The third game drive will begin as the guides either return you to the rest of your group or lodge.

My first ever hot air balloon experience. The weather was fantastic with a beautiful sunrise while going up. Felt very safe with our pilot Frank. He has lots of experience and did a fantastic job. We were able to spot numerous animals; never seen so many hippos in a pool! It’s not cheap but so worth the money. Champagne after landing and a delicious fresh breakfast. Unforgettable experience!
