Avec ce forfait, les clients se verront offrir le service le plus délicat et le plus exquis de notre spa car il fournit tous les soins nécessaires pour le corps et la peau. Tout d'abord, vous obtiendrez un trempage dans une baignoire en bois pour hydrater votre peau et aider à dilater les pores. Cela profite aux traitements suivants de gommage et d'enveloppement du corps. Le gommage corporel à la noix de coco éliminera les cellules mortes de la peau et la rendra plus vibrante et plus jeune. Cependant, votre peau sera plus fine après ce traitement donc l'enveloppe de noix de coco aidera à nourrir la nouvelle cellule de la peau et vous vous sentirez totalement frais. La thérapie signature dorée aidera à détoxifier, l'inflammation, la relaxation et le bien-être. Des thérapeutes bien formés et ayant une compréhension approfondie du massage et des mouvements du corps vous aideront à éliminer la toxine de votre corps. Enfin, votre visage se fera masser à l'aide d'ingrédients naturels pour vous donner un air radieux lorsque vous aurez terminé.

Spa treatment
I had an amazing time. My spa experience was led by rose. She was really good and accommodating. She made sure that I felt comfortable and always asked if I was okay and checked if she was going too hard. We also got a lot of help from the receptionist Jade. She even recommended some local cuisines for us to try. Would highly recommend. We loved it so much that we booked a hair wash straight after for my wife. Thanks to everyone who helped make the experience so good

Amazing Spa Experience
I had an amazing time at Serene Spa, after visiting Vietnam for the first time. From the entrance , the service was very lovely and the massage experience was impeccable. A special thank you to Jessica, my masseuse for her care and amazing service, she checked in throughout the massage experience to also make sure I was comfortable. An amazing thank you also to our receptionist Ms Elise for her service and welcoming us. I also bought one of their silk robes which is amazing quality. You just have to go if you’re in Hanoi!

An outstanding experience in Hanoi.
From the moment I stepped in to the end, the service was amazing. Everyone here is very accommodating from receptionist to the therapist. Lynn, my therapist was the best, she really looked after me and adjusted pressure when i needed her to. She’s great! I felt 10 feet taller after. Miss Elise was a fabulous host.

Heavenly massage
I had the most amazing experience at Serene signature Spa with Lita. I booked hair spa which includes facial, hair wash, shoulder hands & legs massage. Lita was so skilful & her massage made me feel so relaxed & comfortable. This is the BEST shoulder massage that I ever had in my life! Lita, thank you once again & please keep up the good work! Highly recommended!!

Relaxing atmosphere, professional staff, Amo took care of Ruby and Helen took care of my boyfriend, they were very good and kind. We had a great time, too bad we discovered this place on the last day

Amazing Signature spa experience
My therapist Thu was amazing. Just the right pressure and a wonderful head and body massage with the signature hair wash and dry. Would definitely recommend and hope to come again.
