Depuis près de 35 ans, le Château LaFayette Reneau produit des vins de vinifera issus du domaine. Leur domaine de 110 acres offre une exposition au soleil et une circulation d'air optimales pour des vins blancs constamment aromatiques et des vins rouges riches et corsés. Ils abritent trois coupes du gouverneur très acclamées et cinq coupes Jefferson, en plus d'innombrables autres prix et médailles d'or. Chez Toast Winery, ils sont Engagés à produire des vins de qualité supérieure reflétant le terroir unique des Finger Lakes et de la région de New York avec lesquels nous sommes bénis. Situés du côté ouest du lac Seneca, leur nom fait référence à la tradition de griller des fûts de vin qui rehaussent le caractère et les saveurs données au vin pendant le processus de vieillissement. C’est aussi leur voyage sans fin pour produire un vin exceptionnel et célébrer leurs clients.
La cave a été fondée par Jerry et Elaine Hazlitt en 1985. Ce qui a commencé comme un passe-temps agréable et passe-temps s'est transformé en Jerry faisant l'un des vins les plus vendus dans l'État de New York, Red Cat. Maintenant, la 7ème génération a commencé à rejoindre l'équipage Hazlitt, apportant avec elle la même passion et la même persévérance qui ont animé les générations précédentes. La prochaine génération a hâte de perpétuer l'héritage de la famille, de l'amitié et des vins fantastiques pour lesquels Hazlitt est connu.
Les vins de Tabora sont 100% cultivés, récoltés et produits à partir de plus de 200 acres de vignes. Leur portefeuille de vins actuel se concentre sur les variétés indigènes et hybrides et, plus récemment, s'est étendu aux plantations de vinifera. Leur vigneron se concentre sur une intervention minimale tout en maintenant des pratiques de vinification immaculées et traditionnelles afin de mettre en valeur des vins propres, nets et concentrés qui plairont à coup sûr à une variété de palais. Le déjeuner est à Tabora si vous choisissez la visite qui comprend le déjeuner.

What better way to celebrate a milestone anniversary than with a delightful Finger Lakes wine tour. Our Crush host and driver, Ron, was friendly and knowledgeable. We toured four area wineries and enjoyed a lunch overlooking Seneca Lake and the vineyards. Highly recommended!

Deb our driver did a great job. It was a fun experience. OUr suggestions is that the lunch stop take place after visiting two wineries and then complete the tasting at the final two wineries. Lunch was good, but amount paid to the tour operator for lunch was way to high. Paid $76 for lunch that only cost $22.

This was such a fun day in the finger lakes. Our driver, Deb, was friendly, knowledgable and very safe on the road. We got to spend plenty of time at each winery and taste some great regional wine. It was also very easy to book and to meet up w Deb at the appointed time & location!

Crush Beer and Tours gave my sister and I a very nice experience up at Seneca Lake yesterday as we went on the Seneca Lake South Wine Tasting Tour! Our driver, Jim, was very kind , patient, attentive, and very friendly . He had water and snacks available for us as he drove us to four different wineries and was very knowledgable about this area as he filled us in with interesting facts pertaining to the area's history. This was a fun experience and we definitely recommend this tour and Crush for making a nice memory for us. Cindy Stevens .

This was ridiculously overpriced. We have four tastings, which should’ve been total of around $80 and a sandwich for lunch. The driver was great, but the price was totally ridiculous.! I feel like I got ripped off.
