Des rues pittoresques, des couleurs blanches et des échos de l'histoire, l'une des forteresses les mieux conservées dans laquelle les habitants d'Ibiza ont vécu pendant des siècles. Nous pénétrerons à travers les murs du XVIe siècle jusqu'à la partie la plus ancienne de Dalt Vila, en escaladant les rues pavées jusqu'à la cathédrale où nous découvrirons, en plus des vues sur le port qui vous coupent le souffle, l'héritage des civilisations anciennes aux hippies excentriques

Family along with grandma and guide was sensitive to slowing up to let grandma rest. Nice tour, appreciate all the historical information.
Our tour guide Rocio is very nice and patient lady answering all the "demanding" question we have. We would give a five star but because the title of this tour misled us to believe to see/hear something we are not already known. The castle we visited definitely not the "secrets" of Ibiza. Thank you.
Great that you liked the tour. Well there are different guides who are doing this tour and each one tells a special secret of the city of Ibiza. So maybe if you think that the title is not the best one for the tour you might help us to find a better titel.

Not worth a tour…..not much to see or do. Tour guide did not really know very much. We ended it early because we were bored
Hi Joseph. We are sorry to hear about that. The tour guide you where with is born in Ibiza and knows very well his island and the history, so we are sorprised to hear this. We only can say sorry that it was not what you expected and hope that you had nevertheless a great day in Ibiza.
The guide was very knowledgeable and kept our kids engaged and excited despite their resistance to the tour. The guide kept us in the shade when possible to avoid the heat and verified that we had appropriate shoes before starting. The guide knew the history of the location and the people we saw and warned us when to keep quiet to avoid bothering residents too much.

Totally overpriced for what it included Hardly any information except travel guides own life experience . Not enough viewpoints and references
Dear Tony, Our guides are licensed professional guides, otherwise they would not have passed the government exam. In your first complaint, you told us that the guide only showed some views of the sea and the port, and that you had to spend €20,00 on a drink. First walking towards the cathedral our guides explain all the world heritage, therefore they are trained and if you want to have a drink, it is not our duty to say no. For this and because the hotel pick-up was not included, you wanted a reward. I'm sorry just for criticizing the guide, who is one who does his job correctly and with a lot of information, therefor we can't give you a refund. We also have Freetour in English where you can decide the price, but of course it is with 30 more people participating. I hope your next private tour experiences will please you more.
Benedetta was absolutely incredible, and might have been one of the best guides I’ve ever come across. Not only was she knowledgable, funny, and relatable, but she tailored this private tour to our interests!

We made our reservation at 11:30pm the night before, so they had to fit us into the schedule on a Sunday. But, they did! We met with our tour guide at 3pm and walked countless miles around the city, learning about the city’s origin, history, plants, and people. It was fascinating. I wish I could remember our tour guide’s name but she was lovely and made sure to keep us in as much shade as possible on the scorching hot summer day lol. The only disappointing part was that the museum was closed, but since it was Sunday, tons of stuff was closed. All in all, my husband and I had a great, private, walking tour. Thank you again
