Cette visite comprend à la fois une visite de l’étonnant canyon « Secret Antelope » et l’époustouflant Horseshoe Bend Overlook. Secret Antelope Canyon fait partie du système de Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon et est encore un joyau non découvert avec des tailles de groupe qui sont limitées à une fraction seulement des canyons d'antilope supérieure et inférieure. Elle commence par monter à bord d'un camion d'excursion en 4x4 ombragé, en plein air, ou d'une camionnette fermée selon la disponibilité, et prendre un court trajet de trois miles de Page, AZ, sur la route 89. De là, vous sortirez de l'autoroute et profiterez d'une palpitante aventure hors route de six miles à travers des lavoirs de sable, des collines vallonnées pour arriver au sud du lac Powell dans Antelope Canyon. Là, vous profiterez d'une promenade de 300 mètres dans la nature à l'entrée de l'un des plus longs canyons de fente à visiter sur la nation Navajo. Vous aurez jusqu'à une heure pour photographier et serpenter à travers le canyon de fente et reculer jusqu'au véhicule pour le retour au Horseshoe Bend Overlook sur la terre Navajo.
Nous éviterons le parking public encombré pour l'Overlook et emprunterons un chemin de terre privé qui mène à moins de 100 mètres du bord du canyon. De là, vous aurez une marche beaucoup plus courte jusqu'au bord et de là, vous pourrez vous promener le long d'une chute de 1000 pieds. Le grès ondulant offre divers angles et vues sur le fleuve Colorado alors qu'il serpente autour d'un promontoire rocheux, créant la boucle Horseshoe Bend appréciée des visiteurs et des photographes du monde entier. Cette partie de la visite dure environ une heure et permet de prendre des photos phénoménales. De là, nous retournerons à notre bureau près de Antelope slot canyon à Page, AZ.

This three hour experience was magical. It was my son, myself and Trey our guide. It was quiet, it wasn’t rushed. We had time to just be present and soak in the calm beauty around us. We had taken another tour earlier in the morning, in another area and it was a “cattle call”. Rushed, packed with people, and unfulfilling. I am going to post, and share Deer Spring tour information to everyone! There is a BIG difference! Thank you Trey for making it a very memorable, special memory for us.
We did the 3 hour Canyon/Bend tour first thing in the morning. Few things to keep in mind. (1) Definitely use the map instructions they send you - you're meeting at a random spot. (2) Keep an eye out for additional e-mails or texts with info and waivers (3) Tours are not private (4) Access to the Canyon and H. Bend are limited to the tribe, but not exclusive - we did run into other tours groups from other companies (5) it gets hot! Recommend taking the first tour as it is cooler, less likely to be crowded, and perhaps it will be somewhat private. Our guide (Two Feathers) was friendly, funny and answered questions, but wasn't particularly forthcoming with information otherwise - no prepared speeches and they don't speak to you during the drive, which is most of the tour. Canyon experience was amazing. Horsehoe Bend was a bit dried up, so slightly underwhelming, but taking this tour gets you drive-up access as opposed to the lengthy hike for the general public.
Our guide Nicole was knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was amazing and Nicole helped us get great pictures to remember the experience.

This was a FABULOUS tour!! Our tour guide, Loretta, was excellent! She was very knowledgable about the area, made sure everyone in the group had their cameras set properly to capture breathtaking pictures, and even took pictures of us on our cameras! The ride out to the canyon on the 4x4 was an experience. There were only 8 in the group which made it perfect to hear the information and capture the pictures I wanted. I went on this tour solo but everyone in the group was so nice and friendly. TAKE THIS TOUR!!!
Malcolm, our guide was very laid back and friendly. He showed us different parts of the canyon I don’t think I would have seen without this tour. The color striations were so neatly designed, as if an artist put them together. We took so many cool pictures! Our guide also knew how to capture the entire vertical view of the canyon with us in the middle. It was so cool!
It was very beautiful and a lot of fun. My tour guide was very friendly and kind. I really enjoyed this experience and would definitely recommend it!

Secret Canyon is family owned and operated which makes it small and not crowded. We also had a private viewing area of Horseshoe Bend. Highly recommend this tour!
This was the best experience. Our guide, Kenny, was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. She had the best spots for pics and took so many of us. It was nice to be in a small group and worth the extra money. We had a group of 7 and we were in the secret canyon w just our group. Calm and peaceful! We heard the upper and lower canyon tours are getting a little crowded and didn’t want that. Book w Deer Creek Tours and you will not regret it. Horseshoe bend was also amazing- Kenny took us to a private spot and we were also the only 8 people there!
