The Sea Rocket speedboat tour was an absolute blast! At first, the ride started off pretty calm as we slowly made our way through the canals from the shore toward the open water. But once we hit the ocean—OH MY GOODNESS!—the experience completely changed! 🚤🌊 The captain started playing some serious 1980s rock ’n’ roll, and I was loving every minute of it. I even wanted to hear the Miami Vice theme! 😂 The music, the speed, the ocean, and everyone’s hair flying everywhere made it feel like one big adventure. I was screaming my head off and having the time of my life! My recommendation: sit toward the front of the boat. You can really feel the speed and the boat zipping across the waves from the front. The captain did plenty of turns and circles, which made the ride even more exciting. A few important tips: hold onto your hats and glasses! 😂 I was wearing glasses, and at times I honestly thought they were going to fly right off my face. Definitely skip the big sun hats unless you want to watch yours disappear into the Atlantic Ocean! After the high-speed portion, we slowed down as we headed back toward the port. The captain gave us a sightseeing tour and talked about some of the incredible waterfront homes, luxury yachts, and the wealthy people who own them. Some of those properties were absolutely unbelievable! Overall, this was an exhilarating, fun, and memorable experience. If you’re a thrill seeker like me and enjoy speed, music, water, and a little adrenaline, I highly recommend the Sea Rocket tour. Hold on tight and enjoy the ride! 🚤🌊🤩

The only issue I had was with the parking but everything else was fantastic. Great music. Friendly people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I have to settle for giving this company 1 star. Here’s our experience in a nutshell: My wife and I were vacationing in Fort Lauderdale, and on our last day, July 23, 2026, we decided to take a water tour with this company to cap off our vacation. We booked the 5:00 p.m. boating tour on the Sea Rocket. At approximately 2:45 p.m. that afternoon, my wife received a message through Viator instructing us to contact the company. When we spoke with them, we were initially told that our 5:00 p.m. tour was being canceled because there weren’t enough people booked for that time slot. They offered to move us to the 7:30 p.m. tour or reschedule for another day. Neither option worked for us. Then, the explanation changed. We were told the tour was actually being canceled because storms were in the forecast. At that point, we simply requested a refund. Instead, we were told that we could keep our payment as a credit to use at one of their locations in Fort Lauderdale or at another location in Maryland. We live approximately 10 hours away from either location, and we have no plans to return to Fort Lauderdale or go to Maryland anytime soon, so a credit was of no use to us. After going back and forth several times, they finally agreed to issue a refund. The representative we spoke with on July 23 told us that because THEY canceled the tour, our refund would be processed within 5–7 business days. We called the following week and were told the refund was being processed. The week after that, my wife followed up with them by email, and we still have not received our money back. So here I am, leaving this review because enough is enough. We paid for a tour, the company canceled it, and despite repeatedly being told that our refund was being processed, we still have not received it. Buyers beware. I will also be submitting feedback to the BBB regarding this experience.

First reservation was cancelled due to low turnout with just a couple hours notice. We were already in the area from an hour away. Rescheduled for two hours later. Drove to launch site at second designated arrival time and found out THERE that our second reservation had been cancelled as well!! No prior notice. This is totally unacceptable. Still waiting [third week] on a refund for this pre-paid trip. Would never expect a business to treat customers in such a manner. Never booking with this organization again. :(

Booked a similar speedboat excursion in Miami and it was a lot of fun. This boat didn’t have music or a PA system. Hard to hear the captain. It felt like a seniors cruise…

The ride and experience is wonderful and the staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The captain was great and I highly recommend you take this excursion when visiting Fort Lauderdale.

This was a great way to get on the water and see the sights. It was a relatively smooth ride and when going fast had a great breeze. Relaxing and enjoyable. Ice cold drinks were available for purchase and there was a bit of a sun canopy for some of the seats to get shade. I took my kids (1, 7, & 8) and they all enjoyed it! Bonus we got some crazy windblown hairdos 😆

Very relaxing experience! Deck hand and captain provided great customer service. In addition, the website for booking and wavier signing were simple to complete.

It was great the captain and assistant was very nice professional and welcoming, I also booked for the parasailing. But the weather not letting us be Greatttt..
