crooks , Do not buy attractions from this place I bought 2 trips and went to one of them and asked to cancel the second trip,because a medical problem it and they don't want to refund my money, I also sent them a document that there was a medical problem and they didn't agree

Booked for a tour twice and it was cancelled twice. The first time was due to late communication, which was understandable as we hadn’t replied in time. PS: the reason to this was firstrating as it’s because we hadn’t confirmed our hotel, but that’s absurd as we provide all that information when we made the booking, isn’t paying for it enough confirmation that we will go!? The next day we booked more than 24hrs in advance, and at 9pm when we asked if he can confirm the booking, we didn’t receive a reply. We then told told him that he whoops tell us what’s happening, so we know whether we should look for another tour. When we said that he was extremely rude and asked us to just cancel it again.

We were very disappointed at the service provided. Reading the reviews got us excited, and therefore made us booked the tour. However this tour company need to improve on their communication skills and respond time. When we made the booking, we already provided all the information they requested and this includes where we are staying. The tour operator called but we were in the middle of receiving massages and therefore missed the call. However we called back straight after our massage. Call was not picked up. He didn’t respond to our messages till very late at night. He then suggest us to cancel the booking. This made it hard to look for another trip late night. He could have either left a written message on WhatsApp when he first reached out (like other tour companies) instead just “Hi” or “where you stay?” More communicative will be more beneficial for your business. More effort in communication is needed. Have a template. Start with introducing yourself follow by providing pick up time and location for confirmation. Just 1 text with all this information will improve a lot in communication for your company.

It was a great day. The team was very friendly and Kind. We had cold Drinks, fruits, everything was well organised. The tourgide speak a lot of the nature and village. We had much fun.

I absolutely loved this tour! The staff was very communicative, accommodating and friendly. One of the representatives reached out to me directly on What’s App to answer all of my questions regarding the tour and offered recommendations which indicated their sincere drive to look for the participants best interest! The tour itself progressively got better and better as the day continued. The guide gave an ample amount of time during each activity, which ranged from swimming to exploring rock structures in a sea cave. The highlight of the trip was the sea cave canoeing. The guides were the funniest and friendliest people I have met in Phuket. Bring money with you to tip the staff and guides for their hard work and for the photo that they print out for you! A few aspects of the trip that I would change/add is the location of the swimming area. The tide was low when I visited and there wasn’t an area within the parameters of the designated swimming area that allowed your feet to not touch the sand. I also think that lunch should be served sooner. We arrived at the Muslim village around 13:15 so bring snacks! There is a vegetarian option at lunch, just notify your tour instructor right before you sit down to eat. Make sure to wear appropriate attire. You are exposed to the sun the entire day. Overall I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend!
