- Veuillez noter que le palais a réservé des heures d'entrée. Il est important de se présenter au point de rendez-vous au moins 10 minutes plus tôt, car les arrivées tardives ne peuvent être ni accueillies ni remboursées.
- La visite guidée comprend les 22 salles impériales, disponibles exclusivement par l'intermédiaire des partenaires officiels de Schönbrunn.
- Veuillez noter que le musée Sissi n'est pas situé au château de Schönbrunn. Si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur l'impératrice Elisabeth (Sissi), nous vous recommandons de réserver notre visite du palais de la Hofburg.
- La visite comprend une promenade guidée à travers les jardins de Schönbrunn. L'accès au jardin est gratuit mais peut être restreint en raison des conditions météorologiques, de l'entretien ou des fermetures saisonnières.
- Veuillez rencontrer votre Guide au Group Center Schönbrunn, juste en face de l'entrée principale du château de Schönbrunn.

While the palace was beautiful, our tour guide was very rude and curt. Would not recommend her to anyone. She did not entertain any questions, even from the older people in the group and was visibly annoyed when anyone asked her anything.

The palace is majestic and fantastic, full of inhabitants with beautiful details and a lot of history. The walk through the gardens is relaxing and spectacular for taking beautiful photographs.

I was fortunate to be 1 of only 6 in our tour group. Our guide was delightful, extremely knowledgeable, and very comfortable in her guidance. I had an excellent experience, learned a lot of history, and saw amazing rooms and gardens. Worth learning the U bahn to get there and back!

We prefer a human guide over an audio guide. Lena explained the history of the palace and the Hapsburgs and answered our questions. We got to see some rooms and a section of the garden. We wished we could have seen more of the palace but parts were being renovated :(
