Impeccable organization, from the first contact on WhatsApp to the final goodbyes. In addition to a beautiful tour, narrated and explained engagingly by Sara, who with her competence, energy, and friendliness managed to keep the group's attention high, we received valuable advice and suggestions on other attractions in Matera to visit before and after the tour. A truly pleasant and well-organized experience in every aspect. In one word: PERFECT
It was a wonderful experience. Sara is a professional, polite, fun, smiling person who conveys a lot of calm. The morning with her flew by among the alleys of Matera. I absolutely recommend getting to know the city with her.
We are two couples of friends and a little dog. During our trip, we stayed in Matera for two days and took advantage of the guided tour offered by Zirlio. From the very first contacts, we received precise and detailed information about the tour. We chose to have a private guide just for us, and I must say we could not have met a better guide. Sara, our guide, conveyed all her love for this city, in addition to being very knowledgeable and ready to answer all our curiosities. Sara made us spend 3 wonderful hours, taking us into the heart of Matera, its origins, and its evolution, all with great professionalism and friendliness. She showed and explained things that we would have never known on our own... Even Charly, our little dog, had his own spaces and explored Matera with us without any difficulty. I truly recommend trying our same experience. At the end of the guided tour, we felt part of the city and greatly enriched by what Sara shared with us... Thank you, Zirlo, thank you, Sara Daniela, Giuliano, Riccardo, Ilaria, and Charly P.S. Thank you also for the photos
Many thanks to Francesco de Zirlio Travel Experience who suggested Maria for the visit of the Sassi. Inhabited by the memory of the city, its accompaniment with patience and sensitivity made us live an authentic visit. I recommend!
The tour was really interesting and Sara made it even more compelling with her timely and professional historical narration, as well as with the stop and guided tour of the fascinating places of this beautiful city. Congratulations to the whole organization!
Sara made us spend three fantastic hours. I recommend this guided tour to those visiting Matera. I hope to return to visit with her other places. Thank you.
WONDERFUL CITY ILLUSTRATED BEAUTIFULLY BY GUIDE MRS SARA of the Agency . The visit is nice and Sara very good and nice.
I visited Matera for the first time, very beautiful city! The Sassi Tour was really special and suggestive! It will be a very nice and super expert guide!!! Thanks to Zirlio!
It is true that we were a small group, only 6 people but Sara was able to conquer us! Prepared, funny and engaging! Beautiful experience that I highly recommend!
We took a guided tour of the city of Matera with Mr. Antonio. Initially the visit was designed for a disabled friend to attend, then it was converted into a full visit. Zirlio Agency has been very quick to respond to particular requests and very flexible in changing programs from the beginning. We were also organized a tour of the Murge with the panoramic bus. Very suggestive and pleasant
