Sarajevo ⇄ Mostar / Transfert privé

Originally we wanted to catch the train from Sarajevo to Mostar but their online booking system was down for multiple weeks. Instead we booked this private transfer and glad we did. Our driver (sorry forgot his name) was great, and showed up punctually. We stopped at Konjic, which was a pleasant surprise and picturesque with it's old bridge. Highly recommended.

My friend & I booked this tour from Sarajevo to Mostar for an airport transfer. Our driver Vedad was absolutely wonderful. We had a delay in our flight and he was very accommodating and patient with us, answered all of our questions on the ride to Mostar regarding the history of the country etc. He even stopped at a gas station for us so we can get waters and snacks. He helped us with our luggage and walked us over to our hotel since you couldn’t drive on the road. I hope to see him again!

I travelled to Sarajevo at the start of June with my Mum and Dad and we did 3 tours with Funky Tours; Sarajevo Total Siege, Livno Wild Horses Quad bikes and Sarajevo to Kotor Transfer (including the Herzegovina best of). All three tours were fantastic . The guides were really informative and generous with the sharing of their own personal experiences from both during the time of the siege but also after. The Funky Tours office team were also great. They responded very quickly to all my questions before and during our time in Bosnia and were always polite and clear. Would recommend traveling with Funky.

Funky Tours are awesome! We are two families of 4 and needed to get to Budva in a day. We didn’t have much time but our day was executed to perfection by Funky Tours and their great team. Thank you and we will be back for more!

We used Funky Tours for a family trip to Bosnia. They were absolutely lovely from start to finish. We did all private tours, but I imagine their group tours are lovely too. Edna was incredibly patient with my 100’s of questions and emails before our trip. I was so unorganized and they organized and suggested everything from hotels, restaurants, bakeries… literally everything! They last minute changed restaurant reservations for us, pickup timings etc. (all at our request) truly so incredibly flexible and helpful. We did a private walking tour of Sarajevo (we loved Amelia’s first hand knowledge- her stories of her family were lovely). Eddie (which I know I’m spelling incorrectly, sorry!) did our private transfer to Mostar. He was wonderful. Kind and knowledgeable! He was extremely flexible with our timing and our toddler and his van was super spacious and clean. Truly cannot recommend this tour company enough. They do a wonderful job! I also want to touch on Bosnia in general. Most people have the war “fresh” on their minds and don’t think to travel here. I want to say we had an outstanding experience. We felt extremely safe and everyone was friendly. It is an absolutely breathtaking country. (And the airport in Sarajevo is easy to manage, which is always a big plus when traveling with a family)

We had 2 amazing days with funky tours. Sarajevo to mostar with stops and then mostar to dubrovnik with stops. Private transfer and tours with 4 kids ages 11 to 7. Drivers were fantastic, knowledgeable, reliable and great with our kids. Would definitely use again or recommend to others.

We booked 2 ways transfer service from Zagreb-Sarajevo and Sarajevo-Zadar and 1-day Sarajevo tour. Great service, transfer was fantastic, we had fun with our friendly and knowledgeable guides. Looking forward to our next holidays with Funky tours!

We used Funky Tours for three separate excursions in Bosnia & Herzegovina. We initially used them for a transfer from Mostar to Sarajevo with several stops en route. This trip worked out great - we got from point A to Point B and saw some interesting places on the way. The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. Our 2nd excursion was a customized tour of Sarajevo that Ema worked up for us. This tour was top notch. We walked around town in the morning and then drove to sights that were further out in the afternoon. The tour was a great mix of sights and quite interesting. Our tour guide was outstanding. The third trip was a transfer from Sarajevo to Novi Sad. This trip was ok but not great. The driver spoke English and was friendly but he stopped 4 times and drove very slow. The trip took over 6 hours when it should have been closer to 5. All things considered I was extremely impressed with Funky Tours. They are a very professional outfit with a wide variety of offerings and great guides.
