Y Linh Ho Village est la première étape de notre aventure de trekking. Après avoir rencontré votre Guide Black Hmong local à votre hôtel à Sapa, votre Guide se présentera et vous expliquera l’itinéraire de la journée avant de vous conduire le long d’un sentier montagneux pittoresque jusqu’à Y Linh Ho. En chemin, admirez des rizières en terrasses à couper le souffle, des paysages montagneux spectaculaires et des vallées paisibles. Votre Guide local vous expliquera comment les familles Black Hmong cultivent, récoltent et préparent des plantes d'indigo, en partageant des histoires fascinantes sur leurs méthodes agricoles traditionnelles et leur vie quotidienne. Il y aura plusieurs beaux points de vue pour des photos et de courtes pauses tout en profitant de l'air frais de la montagne.
Continuez votre randonnée dans la superbe vallée de Muong Hoa jusqu'au village de Lao Chai, l'un des plus beaux villages Hmong noirs de Sapa. Passez devant des rizières en terrasse panoramiques, des ponts en bambou, des cafés suspendus et des maisons traditionnelles en bois entourées de paysages montagneux spectaculaires. Visitez l'église historique Lao Chai avant de vous arrêter dans une maison familiale locale, où vous découvrirez le processus traditionnel complet de tissage du chanvre et de teinture naturelle à l'indigo. Découvrez comment le tissu est fabriqué à la main en utilisant des techniques transmises par des générations d'artisans Black Hmong. Après l'expérience culturelle, savourez un délicieux déjeuner maison préparé par une famille locale. Détendez-vous pendant environ 30 à 45 minutes avant de retourner confortablement à Sapa en voiture.

We had the absolute pleasure of doing our trekking and bike tour in North Vietnam with Sau, Pao and Do and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome, relaxed, and in very good hands. Both of them shared so much knowledge about the local culture, traditions, village life, and the surrounding nature. It didn’t feel like a standard tour – it felt authentic and real. The landscapes were breathtaking – endless rice fields, mountains, small remote villages, and stunning viewpoints along the way. Sau, Pao annd Do adjusted the pace perfectly to our level and always made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. What made the experience extra special was their personalities. Friendly, warm, patient and with a great sense of humor. You can really feel their pride in their home region and their passion for sharing it with visitors. We did the trekking tour with Ai and she was an amazing guide! We had a great time with her and she told us a lot about the region and the culture. She was also very funny and we laughed a lot :) we can really recommend doing a tour with her!

We came across this guide (Ai) by chance. The tour we did was very nice. Visit of rice fields in the vicinity of Sapa. Visit 3 villages with a stop in a restaurant (simple and very good). Our guide was super nice and interesting. We definitely recommend.

1 day trekking tour and it was good. We originally booked 2 days but we felt 1 day was sufficient. Guide was knowledgeable and shared insight into life in Sapa. We rented wellies before the tour and this was a good idea. Track is very muddy and slippy but good fun
