Commencez par la compagnie brassicole locale de Santorin et dégustez trois bières différentes. Continuez jusqu'à la cave (Art Space) dans le village pittoresque d'Exo Gonia, nommé meilleur vignoble de Grèce. Visitez les caves souterraines avant de vous rendre au domaine d'Argyros. Le Domaine Argyros offre une esthétique moderne tout en adhérant aux méthodes traditionnelles de production du vin, telles que l'utilisation de mulets pour labourer les champs et de sous-produits du raisin pour enrichir le sol. Terminez la visite à Anhydrous Winery, Hatzidakis Winery, Venetsanos Winery ou Artemis Karamolegos Winery (selon disponibilité).

Le vigneron d'Avantis Estate, M. Apostolos Mountrichas est tombé amoureux de Santorin et de la forte personnalité de l'Assyrtiko et a démarré son projet à Santorin en 2012. Il a finalisé son projet en 2021 en fondant Anhydrus Winery. Sa philosophie repose sur l'expérimentation de techniques de vinification anciennes qui produisent des vins modernes avec une pureté et des caractéristiques variétales primaires.

The wine guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the island and made the overall experience worth every dollar. All of the wineries were beautiful and the people were amazing! Definitely put this on your itinerary.

We visited stunning wineries, learned about Santorini’s unique wine culture, and tasted some incredible local wines. The views, the stories, and the flavors were all unforgettable. Our guide, Billy, was fantastic—knowledgeable, fun, and made the whole day even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Hailey and I got married in Santorini this past week. We decided to book a private wine tour to learn more about the way wine is made and the different types of wine. Billy was our driver. Billy made our experience so fun that we never wanted it to end. Ever winery was so inviting and professional. We would 10/10 recommend this experience.

The tour was very informative, we tasted a wide selection of wines and beers and some tasty snacks throughout. We were also really lucky that the other two couples on the tour were also on their honeymoon so it was a really lovely afternoon/ evening.
