Déclaré monument historique en 1972 et situé dans un cadre naturel unique au pied des Andes, le domaine est entouré de vignobles, de maisons et de monuments historiques et d'un parc du XIXe siècle où vous pourrez profiter des expériences qui feront de votre séjour mémorable. Pour les amateurs de vin, expérimentés ou débutants, nous avons créé une série de circuits où vous pourrez apprendre et apprécier ce monde fascinant. En faisant un tour à Santa Rita, vous découvrirez, en gros plan, les racines du vin chilien, l’ensemble du processus de vinification, vous pourrez déguster nos meilleurs vins et profiter de tout le patrimoine culturel du vignoble d’Alto Jahuel. Nous ne sommes pas que des visites de vignobles, vous pouvez également visiter le musée andin avec plus de 3 000 œuvres d'art précolombien, parcourir le parc du centenaire où se trouve une belle église néo-gothique. Ou simplement goûter nos assiettes à notre restaurant à la carte, Dona Paula, qui a été cité par les critiques spécialisés comme le meilleur outsider de restaurant Santiago. Le circuit Premium consiste en une promenade dans les vignobles et le jardin de cépages, ainsi qu’au processus complet de fabrication, de vieillissement et de mise en bouteille du vin, ainsi qu’au parc, aux jardins, aux bains romains et à la chapelle du XIXe siècle. Points forts: chapelle néo-gothique, thermes romains construits à la fin du XIXe siècle, caves historiques. Dégustation: 3 vins Ultra Premium servis avec du fromage, des craquelins et des noix.

We did the premium tour with José Guerra, in Portuguese. His attention was extraordinary. He told us the story at the vineyard, the wines, with a lot of passion, and cordiality. Very nice experience. The place is very nice, delicious wines and delicious food. We will definitely return in the future with our family.

Booked the premium tour in English. The tour is largely a walk around the grounds with discussion regarding the founding family, the servants, and the house (now a small hotel), church and park with a more limited discussion of the vineyards and grape varieties grown. It ends in the barrel room, which is no longer used, and a somewhat perfunctory tasting of 4 wines. The grounds are very pretty and the restaurant, Dona Paula, was very good - recommend a terrace table if the weather is nice. I was very interested in visiting the museum, unfortunately it is closed on Mondays, which is noted in the museum's separate website but not on the ticket purchase. It was easy to set up an Uber from Santiago and back and significantly less expensive than setting up a reserved car or taxi.

I loved the place but the Premium Tour seemed to lack much, they don't show you the production (where it is done), the walk in the divine park but it should be free and the tasting I think is the only premium (very good wines). I would recommend that you add production walk, processes etc. I hoped so and in the end it was a walk in the gardens and a tasting.

I really liked the place and the guide who attended us, Javiera , very friendly and you could see that he had passion for his work, which makes a very entertaining tour. The selection of wines with the very good Pairing, the views of the gardens a beauty too. Then we went to the cafeteria where we were treated very well.

The vineyard is very beautiful, rich in culture, with participation in much of the history of Chile... But our guide was very aerial, and, ended up not being the most qualified tour. The tasting was very good... highlighting the white and the Carmenere. We had lunch at Doña Paula and it was wonderful. We suggest the carpaccio, the salad and the mignon.

We appreciate the great work of the whole team especially our guide Bethlehem and the wine seller who forgives me for not remembering her name (redhead). Very friendly and attentive. Nice experience, beautiful landscapes, excellent wines, the guide Amaro is an excellent host, didactic, friendly, transfers his knowledge very efficiently... in short a whole experience!!! Grateful!!!
