The tour was an excellent way to discover Santa Fe for my first trip here. The duration was just right and the history included in the audio spots was great. I found the app a little glitchy and struggled to get it started, but once it started working, it was good. I appreciated the self-pacing that allowed me to go at my desired pace and on my schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend this experience!

Once we got started, the tour was excellent. Easy pacing, pleasant narrator voice, interesting sites. Just long enough. The reason for the 4 stars is that there was no exact address to begin. It was all very vague, and we had the impression that we had to sign in at a kiosk or a representative to activate. Confusing and frustrating for the first-time user and we almost gave up. But, we chanced upon the start point and off we went with no problems. Additionally, too many text reminders, even after we completed the tour, which made us think we had missed something. All that said, it was a solid tour and a good value.
Hi Carthy, thanks for taking our Santa Fe Historic Walking audio tour. We’re glad to hear that once you got started, you enjoyed the pacing, narration, and interesting sites. We apologize for the initial confusion. You can simply walk through the path, and the tour will trigger automatically. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely work on making the starting point more straightforward for future users. We’ll also pass along your suggestion about the text reminders to our team. We hope to join you on the road again soon!

Hi Victorine, thank you for taking the Santa Fe Historic Self-Guided Audio Walking Tour. We're delighted that you found the information informative and enjoyed the detailed stories along the way. Hearing the narrator’s voice added to the experience. We hope to join you on the road again soon!
I followed all prior instructions. While walking, the app kept telling me to enable driving ultimately the app stopped. Support was very responsive but I did not get the full experience as there was not any narration after Loretta Chapel. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Hi Divenia, we’re sorry you didn’t get the whole experience on the Santa Fe Historic Self-Guided Audio Walking Tour. We’re a little puzzled by what occurred, and would love to get some more details from you as it sounds like you were trying to tap on the highlight icons which are simply placeholders to show the location. Do you recall if you turned right after the Loretta Chapel? Going in a different direction would have meant that you left the tour route, and the commentary would no longer automatically play. We’re delighted that the support team was responsive to the issue and that they completed the refund for you as requested, and we hope you’ll have the chance to try another audio tour in the future. If you feel that we’ve adequately resolved your issue, we hope you’ll consider updating or removing your review.
