Prêt pour un plaisir sérieux dans le sable? Joignez-vous à nous pour une journée inoubliable de planche à sable et de quad aux dunes de l'Atlantide, idéalement situées à seulement 45 minutes du Cap! Votre aventure commence par un briefing de sécurité suivi d'une introduction pratique au Sandboard. Vous ne tarderez pas à vous lever avec confiance et à vous frayer un chemin dans les dunes massives – préparez-vous à une vitesse sérieuse ! Une fois que vous avez eu votre dose de glisse, nous sortons des dunes et faisons une pause rapide. Enfin, nous continuons le plaisir et terminons la journée avec une expérience de balade guidée en Quad super amusante. Les dunes de l'Atlantide offrent une toile de fond incroyable pour une journée vraiment unique et mémorable. C'est votre chance de sortir des sentiers battus et d'essayer un sport de planche totalement différent!

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Nous pouvons prendre en charge à n'importe quel hôtel, guesthouse, backpackers ou adresse municipale dans un rayon de 10 km du centre-ville. Nous vous confirmerons votre heure exacte de prise en charge la veille de votre voyage. Les heures de ramassage sont normalement d'environ 1 heure avant l'heure de début de l'activité.

- Sandboard : L'âge minimum est de 4 ans.
- Quad : Les enfants de 4 à 12 ans seront réservés en tant que RideAide avec un Guide ou un parent. Les enfants de 13 ans et plus font leur propre vélo.
- Les enfants entre 4 et 17 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte.
- Portez des vêtements confortables, des chaussures fermées, de longues chaussettes épaisses, de la crème solaire, un chapeau, des lunettes de soleil, une veste chaude en hiver (habillez-vous chaudement en hiver et apportez un coupe-vent/une veste de pluie). Apporter de l'eau (min 1L pp). Il est important de rester hydraté, surtout en été quand il fait vraiment chaud dans et sur les dunes.
- Sous réserve de conditions météorologiques favorables. En cas d'annulation en raison du mauvais temps, vous aurez la possibilité d'une autre date ou d'un remboursement.
- Ce voyage nécessite un nombre minimum d'invités/voyageurs pour fonctionner. Si la visite est annulée parce que le minimum requis n'a pas été atteint, vous serez offert une date différente ou un remboursement complet.
- L'heure de départ est sujette à changement et peut parfois courir comme un voyage plus tard le matin ou l'après-midi.

We did the quad biking led by Ernest and Leroy. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it. Both of them were fantastic, organised, friendly guides.
I had the best time and the best tour guide called Lennon. He was attentive, took a few pictures of us and made the trip unforgettable.
Our driver and guide for the sandsurfing was Toriq. Toriq was an amazing guide who showed us sites along the way and took us sandsurfing and sandsledding which was so much fun for the whole family. Our ATVing the sand dunes was one of our favorite things about our vacation. Highly recommend this adventure for families!

Was a good day until my 62 year old dad tipped over and his quad bike landed on him. Sad to say this company and the Atlantis Dunes itself had no sort off emergency staff or paramedics on site. The service provider became very rude and none helpful at all, to extent of even insisting dad drives the bike back to base, mind you the fuel cap opened and all fuel had fallen onto dad. Dad had to be rushed to the emergency room with broken collar bone and 3 broken ribs. Till date we have not even received a message leave alone a call from this company. Please be mindful when wanting to visit the Dunes and bare in mind there is no help onsite if anything goes south!!!!!!
My wife and I took part in the quad biking in Atlantis Dunes yesterday and had a fantastic time. The landscape itself is slightly surreal after the greenery of nearby Cape Town. Great views out to the coast and back to Table Mountain and we managed to get some great photos. Our guide was a guy named Giverson who was fantastic. If you can get him while you’re there, I’d certainly recommend. We got the practicalities of driving the quads out of the way quickly and after a bit of time to get used to driving on the sand we were flying around. We also seemed to go further into the dunes and down to some areas that the other operators in the area didn’t seem to be going too. Overall a great experience that didn’t take up the entire day and was a very easy drive to and from Cape Town. Very recommended.

Absolutely LOVED the quad biking and sandboarding experience! Would be great if GoPros were used to capture the experience for people as it's difficult to take videos and pics whilst doing the activities. I also think the sandboarding experience could be improved if there were quadbikes/4x4's to take you up the dunes - we wasted a lot of time and energy climbing up after each board down. Dylan was a great guide and host - very knowledgeable about the area and activities.
This was so much fun! I'd never been on an ATV (quad bike) or gone snowboarding or sand surfing before, but this was easy to get into even as a total beginner! Helmets and hair nets are provided on site for the quad bikes. We get a quick rundown of how to operate the bikes, and then we're off. There is no going off on your own, this is the kind of thing were we stay in single file and follow the lead guide on the quads. We got lucky with a BEAUTIFUL, CLOUDLESS SKY as the perfect backdrop to riding through the dunes. With the surfing, there are two types of boards, depending on comfort level. The hardest part here is walking your board back up to the top of the dune, so this will DEFINITELY be a leg workout! I booked with transport, which was easy enough to get a pick up location in the city bowl. Dylan was our guide for this booking, and he was so very accommodating! When we asked, he dropped us off at a cool coffee shop instead of the hotels where we were picked up. He even gave recommendations for great spots to grab a burger and a beer.
