Description
La préparation traditionnelle du café turc implique un processus minutieux qui commence par la sélection et la mouture de grains de café de haute qualité pour garantir une finesse parfaite. Cependant, ce qui rend l'expérience vraiment exceptionnelle, c'est la méthode de préparation du café sur le sable. En Cappadoce, des pots en cuivre chauffés au sable spécialement conçus, appelés « cezve », sont remplis d'eau, de café et de sucre et placés sur du sable chauffé. Cette méthode permet une répartition douce et contrôlée de la chaleur, sublimant les saveurs et les arômes du café. Avec le pot niché dans le sable chaud, il atteint progressivement la température souhaitée, ce qui donne une infusion riche et savoureuse.
