This is an amazing way to see the island and all of the far away snorkeling sites. Kicker rock wasn’t as cool as I thought it would be. The water was very murky. It was about as expected for a group tour boat. A little crowded and generic.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed exploring the island and its snorkeling sites. We’re sorry the conditions at Kicker Rock and the group experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. We truly appreciate your comments and will keep them in mind to improve our tours. Warm regards, Howlanders Team
Viator says it has a maximum of 10 people. There were 12. Made it a little bit crowded. It usually the end of the world but if one is paying more than others on the boat you hope to get was delivered capacity wise. The operator of boat and guide were fine. There are a lot of companies that offer the 360 tour.
Steven, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that the group size affected your experience. We will review this matter with our local partner to ensure the service meets the expected standards. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the work of the boat operator and guide. Thank you again for your comments, which help us improve. Kind regards, Howlanders team.
Water visibility in Galapagos was one to two meters. Waste of time and money.
Hola, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the visibility conditions during your Galapagos experience did not meet your expectations. Water visibility can vary depending on several natural factors, such as weather conditions, currents, and marine conditions at the time of the activity, which are unfortunately beyond our control. We understand that this may have affected your experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. We will continue working with our local partners to ensure the best possible experience for our travelers. Kind regards, Howlanders Team
The visit to the David Rodríguez Giant Tortoise Breeding Center allowed us to learn about the conservation and reproduction work for the Galapagos giant tortoises. During the tour, we observed the breeding process, from the hatchlings to the adult specimens, and the importance of protecting this iconic species was explained, contributing to the preservation of the archipelago's biodiversity.
Howlanders team.
The tour was ok. The booking agent in San Cristobal isn’t the activity provider. The weather wasn’t good.
Yuegan, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the weather conditions didn’t allow for the best possible experience. We are glad you enjoyed the tour and we expect to see you again! Best regards. Howlanders team.

The ocean was rough and the boat stopped to fish where we just bobbed and spun around making it a very uncomfortable experience. When we got to kicker rock the visibility was poor
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the San Cristobal Galapagos 360 – Kicker Rock snorkeling tour. We’re truly sorry to hear that the sea conditions were rough during your trip and that this affected your comfort on board and the visibility at Kicker Rock. The ocean around the Galápagos can be very changeable, and unfortunately, conditions like swell and currents can sometimes impact both navigation and snorkeling experience. We also appreciate your comment regarding the stop while fishing and the time spent waiting on the boat. We understand how this may have felt uncomfortable, especially in choppy waters, and we will share your feedback with the local operator so it can be reviewed. Despite this, we hope you were still able to appreciate the uniqueness of Kicker Rock and its wildlife when conditions allowed. Thank you again for your honesty—it helps us improve the experience for future travelers. Warm regards, Howlanders Team
Was a great tour with several snorkeling spots and beautiful remote beaches. Guide was great and they fed us well with snacks and lunch. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the tour description mentioned we would be fishing for an hour and my son was very much looking forward to that activity - it was not part of the tour. I would recommend that the description be updated so that it is accurate and to avoid disappointment.
Hola, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the snorkeling spots, remote beaches, and that your guide took good care of you with snacks and lunch. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the fishing activity. Your suggestion to update the tour description is very helpful, and we’ll make sure it’s clarified to avoid any future misunderstandings. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another amazing experience in the Galapagos Islands. Best regards, Howlanders Team
