Jermaine gave us a ride back to the airport and he was friendly, courteous and educational. It's like we got our own private tour as he was giving us history lessons of places we passed, telling us about the local cuisine and language. We hope we see him again the next time we come back!

Driver Ronaldo was great friendly person. He came on time and dropped us at the airport. Also helped us doing sightseeing couple of places.

Club Mobay was great. I purchased it for my departure out of jamaica. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and sanitized after each use. (Had to tip her). The food was amazing. I wish I could've had a doggie bag. The drinks were tasty as well.

Punctual, friendly and informative shuttle service from hotel to airport and then relaxed and professional airport check in and the best airport lounges vs miami and Heathrow. Clement who took us via his shuttle Toyota mini suv had ample space for our luggage. Arrived on time fir our Jamaican transfer. He was friendly and said he thinks his employers are decent and look after their employees. The whole mo bay walkways and customer lounges and shops have been refurbished following the massive hurricane Melissa oct 2025.The club mobay is worth experiencing since the staff to flyers is high and enough people to help with food and drinks service. As you would expect from the Jamaican Bar they are generous with the servings . There are plenty of seats and loungers to choose from . ROHAN was my man there and even helped to get me a paper which meant I didn't have to leave my family. The people have gone through some serious hardship but you wouldn't tell by thier professional ism and friendliness. Food holds variety of sweet and sour chicken, patties, vegetarian options and cakes and deserts. Freshly cooked and suitably covered away from any germs etc. There is an express line for security and this was surprisingly short. Perhaps this offer is STILL mobays little secret offering !

We booked an airport shuttle and had the absolute pleasure of having Jermaine as our driver. He was the cherry on top of an already excellent vacation! Not only was Jermaine a great driver but he was like our personal tour guide. He told us interesting facts about the island, the different fruits and even stopped to get us to smell a type of leaf (pimento I think?). Jermaine showed us the Negril sign (we stopped for a pic), the Reggae Dancehall Wall of Fame (so cool!) and even the Usain Bolt statue. We learned & saw more on the drive to the airport than the whole week! Thank you Jermaine for making our drive to the airport such a fun & memorable experience. We had such a great experience with our taxi driver, Andre who picked us up from Secrets St. James. He was right on time, super friendly, and had that confident Jamaican driving style that got us to our destination quickly—without ever making us feel unsafe. The ride was smooth, the car was clean and cool. You can tell he knows the roads like the back of his hand. It felt like we were riding with someone who’s part tour guide, part race car driver (in the best way possible)! If you’re looking for a ride that’s reliable, fast, and filled with great island energy, he’s your guy. Highly recommend booking with him if you’re in Montego Bay.
