We arrived as the lounge opened. Our first experience was at the check-in desk. No smile, thank you or even eye contact . Next came the very cramped food area.This had a very limited choice, and the offering was very basic. My wife tried the hot food, well l should say slightly warmed food, and it was mostly inedible. Perhaps as it was first thing in the morning it hadn't had time to warm. The one and only coffee machine took at least 5 minutes to deliver 2 cups, as it only produces half a cup at a time. A very poor offering, with the miserable staff not helping.

Although due to our late flight time we had a short stay in the lounge but it was a great experience, tasty food, clean facilities and helpful staff. I have to give a special mention to Esther on the front desk who was super welcoming, very professional and a perfect person as a front of house representative due to her excellent hospitality and customer handling skills, the company needs people like Esther who make it enjoyable to visit. I look forward to visiting the lounge again and I used Priority Pass to access the lounge, they are an excellent company with a very user friendly app, bravo to them. .

Departed Penang Airport on CNY. The food spread was good and delicious. Not so crowded. Relaxing wait before my flight.
It is superb place to relax and chill before ur transit .Better to get some sleep there if u are taking economy or premium economy class.Business class don't need to worry

Impressed by the excellent service and warm, passionate smile from Sara – she truly made the experience enjoyable. However, there seems to be a recurring issue with a shortage of manpower from the service provider, which can affect overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Hope this can be improved to match the high standards set by individuals like Sara.
Due to its small size, the airport does not have an airline-owned lounge. If you use business class, credit card offers or purchase at your own expense, you can only choose this lounge. The area is not large, it feels a bit crowded. The meal is still good, but it is more characteristic to cook local sandwiches and river powder, but the dining countertop is quite small and small, you need to bend through the small window to eat, and you can not see the service staff, if many people eat at the same time, it is rather uncomfortable and disordered. Alcoholic beverages are available at the bar but pay extra.
Despite the sign saying curry laksa I was told 55 minutes to make. The drinks fridge was 30C and all cans were warm:- it was cooler inside the lounge. On asking I was told you could put an ice cube in it.
When we tried to check in were told that the lounge was full and we would have to go to a different room. Collected food from the lounge than had to wander across the airport to the other room. Food was limited and at best average and limited amount of drinks available. Definitely not one of the better airport lounges that we have been in!!
Clean, beautiful, elegant, scented and working very pleasant, love. Food is delicious and there is a choice. Worth it no credit card maybank infinite
One of the worst lounges I have seen. A/c was set at what seemed to be 29 deg C. The bar is not complimentary and the staff spoke zero English. Why do they employ such people at an International lounge. Turns out one drink is free but they only had red wine. How absurd. Shouldn't they tell this before people pay to get in? In my case I had access as a Singapore air business class passenger but I left soon. I did call the lounge supervisor (Mosha) who was also very rude. Instead of apologizing she blamed Singapore air (how is this their flight besides that they gave contracts to this horrible chain)? She said due to security issue, there was no beer. At least as the face of the elounge take responsibility for the miserable experience provided to passengers. There was practically nothing vegetarian in the micro food area. Never coming back.
