Découvrez les paysages pittoresques de Purmamarca et Salinas Grandes lors d'une excursion d'une journée au départ de Salta. Commencez tôt votre voyage à Purmamarca, où votre Guide vous montrera les points forts du village avant de vous diriger vers la pente Lipan (Cuesta de Lipan) et admirez l'ingénierie qui permet aux véhicules de gravir la montagne abrupte. Une fois aux salines de Salinas Grandes, vous aurez le temps libre de prendre des photos et de profiter de cet environnement naturel unique, où la grande extension de sel blanc contraste avec le bleu du ciel.

Commencez la visite avec une prise en charge dans les hôtels situés dans le centre de Salta à 7h00.
Commencez votre voyage à Purmamarca et, en cours de route, vous effectuerez une visite de la ville.
Arrivée à Purmamarca, l'une des villes traditionnelles, pour visiter la colline des sept couleurs. Prenez le temps d'admirer la beauté de cette chaîne de montagnes naturellement colorée.
Le spectacle inoubliable ici, cependant, se trouve au bout de la route, surplombant la ville : Cerro de los Siete Colores (colline aux sept couleurs), aux teintes striées allant du crème au vert en passant par le prune foncé.
Ensuite, montez à plus de 4 000 mètres d'altitude par Cuesta de Lipán, où les courbes de la montagne rehaussent la beauté de l'environnement.
Descendez jusqu'aux Grandes Salines pour admirer le paysage d'une blancheur éblouissante et sa grande extension contrastant avec le bleu du ciel. Visitez les paludiers et observez leurs artisans, y compris les bassins d'où ils extraient le sel. Le sel blanc et brillant de Salinas Grandes, également connu sous le nom de Great Salt Flat, a une sensation invitante.

CONS: - Don't pay the absolute bogus charge on the eastside of the flat to go onto it. The only thing you get you can't on your own is a picture of the sign. - It's "one and done" in terms of what to do there and what you can see. PROS: - If you have a car, you can do everything on your own on the westside of the flat. - It is very cool to see, especially if you are not able to go into Bolivia.
Really great day out. Maru was an excellent guide, full of energy and very clear with her explanations. It was high season so a lot of tourists around but that’s to be expected.

I would highly recommend this tour. I was apart of a small group or just myself, one other person, and our tour guide. This experience would not have been nearly as enriching without the amazing tour guide as I was able to ask any questions that I had and I was always given a thorough answer. This trip was definitely one of the highlights of my month spent in Argentina.
Purmamarca was really cool to see, we got to stop and spend a couple hours there because of the road delay. The salt flats were good for pictures. The tour itself is a bit too long to do from salta city. We had issues because of rain (which is no one’s fault) but our pickup was 2 hours late we weren’t picked up until almost 9 (we were told 7-7:30) so we didn’t get home until 10pm and it advertised for to be back for 5. I wouldn’t do this unless you have nothing going on the next day. Also way payed more for an English guide because our Spanish is not very good and she only spoke in English once in a while, we didn’t get any information on how the salt flats formed or anything. If I could turn back time I would have just booked a Spanish guide with a local company for a fraction of the price. But the sights were cool !

This route is unique, exclusive for lovers of road trips, the salt flats are something not to be missed when visiting Salta. The transportation was very safe, the driver was very focused and our guide was very friendly.
Of course the views are incredible and we took a lot of photos, what I didn't understand is why you have to pay to set foot on the Salinas. They talk to me about native peoples.....in my opinion it is just commerce. They take us there, on a PAID excursion and we must continue paying to step on them. EVERYTHING COLDLY CALCULATED as if we tourists were all rich or simply foreigners. I do not belong to an indigenous people but I am a second generation of ARGENTINES. !Pity....
