We have been to Hobart numerous times previously and never done a Walking Tour before this week. What a great decision it was to book Peter‘s Walking Tour of Salamanca and Battery Point. Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed being shown many little hidden gems around Salamanca that we would previously have walked right past and not noticed or missed visiting. Hearing the many stories and information about so much of what we saw, together with the photographs that Peter had to show us of what it looked like in the old days compared to today were absolutely fantastic. Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 hours walking around Hobart with Peter and all agree it was an excellent way to spend the morning. Peter provided us also with a list of recommended restaurants and pointed us in the direction of the pub that we had booked to go to for lunch. If you are looking for a great walking tour of Salamanca and Battery Point area, do yourself a favour and book Peter’s Walking Tour… You won’t be disappointed.
