We had a great experience with Arabian Travel Service in Salalah. Our guides, Mr. Ahmed and Salem, were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond, they took us to many beautiful spots and also added extra “hidden gem” stops we wouldn’t have found on our own. They gave us plenty of time to enjoy each place without rushing. Mr. Ahmed was also great about helping us find authentic, credible places to buy quality products and gifts, which we really appreciated. Overall, everything was well organized and easy from start to finish. We’ll definitely come back to explore more of Oman with them. Highly recommended!

This activity exceeded my expectations The guide , Hamid was incredibly knowledgeable and shared great insight regarding the history and culture of Oman. He was very accommodating and treated us like guests rather than customers. We went to both east and west salalah with him. The views during the khareef season are stunning: wadi Darbat was beautiful and was like Switzerland in the Middle East. We were also fortunate enough to see the waterfalls in any Razat which were refreshing from just a glance. Mughseel beach is beautiful and expansive. We saw camels grazing off palm trees on the beach as well as Frankincense trees on the route. The rock formations there are very unique and inspire all sorts of resemblances in the Very memorable experience thanks to especially to Hamid who was very patient and accommodating of our needs and requests. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour was cancelled 5:20pm the evening before the tour. Leaving me without backup plans or time for rearrangement. No damage compensation either. Very disappointing and unprofessional. My reservation status was confirmed, though. Avoid booking with Arabian Travel to avoid ruining your vacation.

Worth the price, will always recommend this from now on, especially with our tour guide Amin giving it a lovely atmosphere and vibes

It was an amazing and beautiful experience. I had the chance to visit several places even more than what was included in the plan and got to know more information about Salalah. Their fees are even less than other offices and very good compared to value. The guide (Amin) was very kind and welcoming and he knows enough information about the places we visited.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the East & West Salalah tour with Salim! From the very beginning, he was incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgeable, sharing so much about Omani culture, local traditions and the history behind the places we visited, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We visited so many stunning locations, including Wadi Darbat, Ain Razat, Taqah, Al Mughsail Beach and the blowholes, and Salim made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. He was especially thoughtful and accommodating with my mum's leg issues, always making sure she was comfortable throughout the day. He also made sure we stopped at all the best viewpoints and photo spots, so we were able to capture some amazing memories. His kindness, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made this one of the highlights of our trip to Salalah, and we couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you, Salim, for such an unforgettable day!

This was a really terrific overview of Salalah and its surrounding areas. We saw and did a lot and it was a really lovely way to spend a day with an incredibly knowledgeable and kind guide in a very comfortable car. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Salalah for the first time.
