Le seul cours de fabrication de pizza romaine à Rome, il n'y a rien de plus authentique que ça ! Enseigné par un chef passionné, vous apprendrez les astuces simples mais puissantes pour recréer cette délicieuse pizza dans votre propre four ! Ce cours s’adresse à tous ceux qui aiment une bonne pizza (qui n’aime pas ?). An Absolute Highlight of Our Trip – Phenomenal Pizza & Gelato Class

If you are looking for an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience in Rome, look no further than Holy Pizza! ​The entire process from the start was seamless. Their website is incredibly easy to use, making it simple to compare the details of the different classes they offer. Before booking, I had a few questions, and the staff's responsiveness was excellent—they answered everything quickly and thoroughly. ​We lucked out and ended up being the only couple during our time slot, which gave us a spectacular, personalized experience. Our instructor, Chef Mario, was phenomenal. He was engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire session tons of fun. ​The absolute highlight for us was the pizza-making portion. My husband has been on a mission for years to create the "perfect" pizza crust at home. Chef Mario took the time to give us detailed advice, precise instructions, and hands-on help. My husband is completely inspired and can't wait to get back to our kitchen to put these new techniques to the test! ​Pairing that with learning the art of making delicious gelato made for a perfect day. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and book a class with Chef Mario—it’s worth every penny!

Fabulous must do class

Fabulous! Carlo made this class fun & very informative with everything from how to make pizza & gelato to the history behind it all. The pizzas we made were amazing! A great experience! Highly recommend

Loved our pizza making lesson

We had lots of fun and learned lots about the art of pizza making! Plus food was great and our instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Crust Us. You’ll Love It! 🍕

Carlo delivered one of the most memorable experiences of our entire time in Rome. This wasn’t just a pizza class, it was an authentic, hands-on journey into Italian culture, guided by someone who clearly loves what he does. From the moment we walked in, Carlo made everyone feel welcome, energized, and ready to have fun. His style strikes the perfect balance between knowledgeable, entertaining, and genuinely passionate. He broke everything down in a way that made the process approachable, while still teaching real, traditional techniques, not a watered-down tourist version. The ingredients were top-tier, the instruction was clear and engaging, and the pacing was spot on. We actually got to get our hands dirty, kneading dough, shaping pizzas, and building something we were proud to eat. And the end result. Outstanding. Easily some of the best pizza we had in Italy, and we made it ourselves. If you’re in Rome and looking for something beyond the typical sightseeing, this is a must-do. Carlo has created something special. An experience that’s as much about connection and joy as it is about incredible pizza.

Delicious and informative event

Amazing event! Learned so much about pizza making and had delicious pizza and gelato. Fluffiest pizza dough I’ve ever had! Carlo and Dima were excellent hosts and teachers.

Lovely family experience cooking and learning with Lu

Lu the owner was great. He is truly passionate about cooking and sharing his knowledge. We made pizza and galeto. We ate bruschetta and drank wine and beer. We made friends. We went as a family of 4.

Family fun and an escape from the crowds

The pizza and gelato making class was the highlight of our days in Rome. We were visiting in a group of 8 - 4 kids (ages 10-13), 4 adults. Luca and Peter took our chaos in stride, keeping the kids on task and entertained. We had a lovely time chatting with our fellow classmates (another family with similarly aged children!), drank wine, and learned quite a bit about the science behind perfect pizza. All in all, I would take this class again. I highly recommend it for families, couples, solo travelers...anyone at all!

Fun was had by all!

Wonderful experience. Our chef Carlo was incredible. Great with our youngest members (ages 5 and 7), engaging, informative, funny. And the pizza and sorbet we made were delicious.

So Much Fun
