The audio on the bus didn’t always match where we were. The map indicates that you will drive past the sights but on the Blue Line, China Town, we never saw Phuoc A Guildhall, Thien Hau Temple or Temple of Ten Thousand Temples. All we could see were shop fronts. Perhaps we needed to Hop Off the bus and walk to these sights but that wasn’t obvious from the literature. The Red Line was far better and the narrative was more timely. If you sit up top then wear a hat and take your own water. Ther The
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the audio timing on the Blue Route and understand how this impacted your experience. Please know we’ve taken your comments about the audio quality seriously and will be conveying this to our ground team for improvement. We’re glad you enjoyed the Red Line, and we truly appreciate your helpful suggestions.
I always enjoy seeing cities on the iconic red City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off buses. I bought a 24 hour ticket as I wanted to do both the red and blue routes. Maps and ear phones were supplied. I was also given an entry ticket for the Saigon War Remnants Museum. The buses pass by many of the great attractions of Saigon and the commentary was good. There is an overlap between the routes so it is easy to switch between them. I want to particularly thank the young man working at Stop 10 of the blue route. I left prescription sunglasses on one of the buses and he kindly made a couple of phone calls to try to locate them. Fortunately they were found and I will always be grateful to him.
Not the best hop on hop off trip. Not much help from the staff. Buses not on time. Blue bus was red, red bus was white so nearly missed our bus at the change over stops. Commentary was delayed or too soon so couldnt work out what they were referring too and not many audio points upstairs. In general its just a ride through city streets with stops at some tourist places.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. We understand the confusion caused by the bus colors and the issues with the commentary and staff support. Regarding the timing, please note that our bus schedules are subject to city traffic conditions, which can vary daily and are unfortunately beyond our control. That said, we’re continuously working to improve clarity, punctuality, and overall service. We truly value your input and hope to have the chance to offer you a better experience in the future.
Efficient service, purchased our tickets in advance via our hotel concierge. Two routes during the day which overlap allowing good connectivity. However the highlight was the night tour starting from The Opera, magical experience getting full impact of Ho Chin Minn City under lights. Would happily give 5 stars if the audio input on the bus was of a better standard, difficult to hear. Would recommend to any first time visitor to Ho Chin Minn. 👍
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the tours, especially the magical night experience. We appreciate your suggestion about the audio. Hope to welcome you again on your next visit!
