Si notre chauffeur ne peut pas accéder à la rue où se trouve votre hôtel, nous organiserons un point de rendez-vous à proximité pour votre commodité. •Les hôtels ou appartements doivent être situés dans la ville de Barcelone. •Si l'hôtel ou l'appartement est situé en dehors de la ville de Barcelone, nous vous enverrons un point de rendez-vous. •Si vous arrivez en croisière, vous serez pris en charge 30 minutes plus tôt puisque le port est assez éloigné des monuments. Nous vous fournirons un point de rendez-vous désigné au port. •Nous n'offrons pas de pick-up à partir de l'aéroport. Nous vous fournirons un point de rencontre pratique dans la ville.

We were picked up from our hotel. That was well worth it. The small group contained 6 people including us. Perfect size. Jose gave us a great tour with lots of good information. He was easy to understand. He gave us listening earbuds which worked great. He allowed for questions too. We were excited about going inside, and the guide went above our expectations during the entire tour..great tour

The small group tour of Sagrada Familia with Jorge was absolutely fabulous !!! We learned so much from Jorge and he was a very knowledgeable guide with great English!!! He took the time to show us the best photo spots and took pictures for us. I can’t say enough good things. Jorge was the best!!! The tour was fabulous and very very very worth the cost!!!!
Jorge was very knowledgeable and friendly. The length was perfect. Relieved we didn’t have to wait in the long lines. Overall it was a great experience. The fee was worth it.
Our tour guude was excellent with a lot of knowledge and passion. On the other hand Viator's web site is very misleading - they said on their site. Meet and drop off same point. Then when we arrived they denied it. Very misleading and Viator rep not very customer oriented. Viator gets 1/2 *
We had an awesome experience. Jorje the guide was lovely at every step of the process. He reached out to us I advance of the trip to coordinate pickup at our hotel, and was very clear and helpful with instructions. After getting picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the site, he was prepared to give us information in English about the Gaudi sites, and also had skip the line tickets prepared and he got us in smoothly. He took us on a tour of the site, and provided extremely helpful information. He also provided ear pieces so we could easily hear him through his microphone. One of the most amazing things he did, was at each Gaudi site, he would take us to special spots that he knew were amazing for photos, and he would clear the mobs of tourists out of the way, and get a PERFECT photo with our phones at the spot. We now treasure the multiple photos like that he helped us get at Parc Guell and Sagrada Familia. We would recommend Jorje to anyone going to Barcelona, it was the perfect to experience the Gaudi magic with an expert and with no stress.
Fantastic guide, Carla, with lots of great background and perspective. Extremely helpful and very kind. The architecture and history on this tour is amazing. A must see, must do tour for sure.

Beautiful views of both Park Guell and La Sagrada Família, including wonderful staged photos of us as participants. Tour guide (Jorge) could not have been more accommodating and informative . Frankly, he spoke better English than most of us.
Gorge was fabulous! Full of information, English was very wellspoken. The driver Jennifer was awesome too. Knew the city very well and got us where we needed to be.
