Le complexe monastique inclus dans cette visite quotidienne remonte au 13ème siècle. Saghmosavank est traduit par le monastère des psaumes. Selon la légende, le chant du psaume de Grégoire l'Illuminateur a été entendu pendant plusieurs kilomètres, quand il a affirmé dans les grottes sous l'église. Il était également célèbre pour ses manuscrits médiévaux et son répertoire de livres.

Trip was great,the guide girl who study armenian history in Hungary start singing in Singing church -my jaw drop to the floor -it was beautiful.We did not like to go to chocolate factory so she adjust trip for us -it was wonderfull.

We had a very nice tour with Hasmik and the driver. Both were very very nice. We booked a group tour but it turned out that we had a private tour. Hasmik is a very sympathetic, friendly and knowledgeable guide. We had great times! Also the lunch was (as always) very good.
